Prompt friendly service. Very knowledgeable about all of the products that they have for professionals and all do-it-yourselfers. John and Rich were both so very helpful and took the time to explain what I need and how to take the proper steps to make sure that my project would go well with a great outcome. The store manager was great too and her associates really like her.

Great color selection, extremely helpful online quiz to choose colors--what do you want when you enter your home--my result was the nurture palette, and I love every color that we've used. Plus, the customer service cannot be beat. Don't risk getting the wrong advice at a hardware store-go to the experts at Sherwin Williams.
