It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone to start a membership or end one. There’s never an employee at the location so no one answers when you call. The only way I’ve successfully gotten ahold of them is by messaging them on Facebook. I wanted to start a membership, they said someone would call me but no one ever did. In the past I had started a membership and my key card wouldn’t work and I got another key card and that one didn’t work either. I got tired of spending hours of my day to drive all the way there and get a keycard and it repeatedly not working and ended up canceling. They need to have better communication and customer service.

My health insurance pays for my membership and it’s very convenient for me Its in a shopping plaza too so I can eat then do some shopping then get a good workout before I go home

Get a normal exercise bike to ride, had a full knee replacement , can't ride what is there

Staff is easy to reach when needed and the facility is maintained well.

Small fitness center with enough basic equipments. But very bad customer service and cleanliness. Left note saying refill sanitizer, but never did that. Many times no paper napkins to wipe equipments.. No customer service at all.. Never answer phone calls or respond to emails.

I have had nothing but troubles with my whole experience and there still tryn to charge a card I canceled. I broke my foot and couldn’t work out took me over 2 months to put my membership on hold. Then I won 6 months membership free but the 1st of year they started taking money outa my account again. Talked to the owner it was nothing but him sayn that no in jan u will be charged.. not April like it was supposed to be.. it takes forever to get to talked to anyone..!!

I have been trying to cancel my membership with them for 3 months. I talked to someone in June and they stated that it was taken care of . After looking at my bank statements they have been still charging me it is now September. I have left 3 voicemails and no one has called me back, sent emails, messaged them on Facebook. They still will not contact me and are still taking my money. They are extremely hard to get ahold of. I will not get another membership with them.

I’ve been trying to get in contact in order to cancel my subscription and no one will answer my calls or emails. I got charged and need a refund. Never signing up again!

I used to feel intimidated when I walked into a gym but not anymore. DJ and Jordan are great! They are always kind, encouraging and make you feel welcome and like you are meant to be there. Not once have I felt awkward at SNAP. I am thankful for the kindness, positive and encouraging people I have met there. Looking forward to great transformations in 2020, internal as well as external! Thank you SNAP FITNESS for being a part of this transformation!
