Well here I am writing a review that, in all my life, would've never thought would be needed. Heed my warning and abandon the USPS service for anything of real importance. This post office has somehow lost all of my mail from 1 particular day that included two VERY LARGE rebate Certificates and 2 bank statements. When I inquired about the missing mail, at this office, in person, I was told that there is literally NOTHING they can do about it. They have ONE JOB, literally! Someone paid them to do this one thing...to deliver these 4 items to MY one address which has not changed in 30 years and they didn't do it and now have completely washed their hands of the one thing that the USPS is actually supposed to do. They actually refuse to take responsibility AT ALL for literally screwing up their job, for NOT following through on the service they were actually paid to perform. Pathetic.

Phone system might be the most archaic system ever and we wonder why the other delivery agencies are successful. You cannot talk to a human. Very disappointing but expected.

My two envelopes were returned for suspicious activity because I had a piece of cardboard to protect the photos I was sending to my grandparents. The post office worker told me I could remove the cardboard and they would put don’t bend stickers on the envelopes and they would arrive fine. Well guess what? That was a load of BS because my grandparents received the photos absolutely crumpled. The post office is a JOKE.

Me and my neighbors keep getting the wrong mail. Maybe they should look at the address on the mail and the address on the house it's being delivered to? It's not rocket science! My house number is clearly visible.My neighbor brought over my mail that was delivered to their address by mistake and it looks like it was opened up and sealed back to appear it wasn't opened.

I never have a problem I’m in a power chair to go to where I need to go and I can’t see the card machine when I make a purchase like getting money orders or stamps and they help me they always as if I want money back I say no and I watch them push the nm back button a lot better than other places here in meadville

Horrible service. Packages are constantly mislabeled under the wrong recipient. Mail is consistently late.Do not even try calling as you will not speak to a person or get your question answered.Agents on-site are condescending and disrespectful but clearly uninformed. If you have any questions, find the answers online.

Can’t speak to a human being at all. Horrible. Shouldn’t be this difficult to simply ask a question that the automated voice message system cannot answer.
