Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had to purchase and item in electronics, and the clerk stated that I had to pay for my items back there with my electronic item, which was not a problem. I finished my shopping, keeping it at 20 items or less as requested. Once I returned to check out with my electronic item, I had a different clerk get my item out of the locked case. He proceeded to check my items out. After I paid he stated “ do you want a bag?” I thought he would bag my items up, but he picked up one item and bagged it. Then told me to have a good day and walked away! He didn’t even hand me my receipt!! I had to grab the receipt from behind their counter, and head over to self checkout and finish bagging my items as it was just enough to be too much to carry without a bag. Next time, I will pay my my item and then finish my shopping and check myself out.

I was employed with Walmart. I got sick and took a couple days off. And they fired me. I’ll never work for them again. I wasn’t given a lunch nor a break. I was there from 12:55 until 8:00 pm with no break because they “forgot”

Management is terrible to say it lightly, They (Including Store Manager) are discriminating a delivery driver for reporting another driver threatening Walmart associates with a gun! Then discriminated another driver for sticking up for them! This n*** place can go to hell with their China products!

at $500 , we were invited to visit with customer service. the cashier really didn't want to be at work, and her attitude proved it.with just one register opened. she had issues with the only register that would work in the store. we can shop as easily in erie or ashtabula. we hope the store manager will respond to the phone call Monday morning .

Dear Lexi that works at the Meadville Walmart, I certainly hope and pray that your mama taught you better than to treat an elderly veteran in the way I witnessed tonight. Because if she didn’t she failed as a mother and a human being. I left in tears tonight after reporting you to the store manager- for not once but TWICE telling him you weren’t going to do it for him he would have to do it himself after he became confused at the self check out. I turned around and looked at you because I was so shocked to hear you talk to anyone like that so I know you knew I heard you. I then heard you tell him twice he had to use one hand not two and then you walked away when he said “what if I can’t use one hand” I then asked if I could help him to which he asked me if I worked there and I said “no sir I just was taught by my mother to treat all people with respect and I couldn’t help but notice how she was treating someone who served our country”. He turned down my help and said he almost left his stuff there because he was so embarrassed. I’m ashamed that I didn’t say something to you directly Lexi but I knew that if I did I wouldn’t have been able to keep my cool. So I went to three separate employees all of which couldn’t not tell me who the manager on duty was-but I finally reached someone that I hope in the very least sent you home. I however suggested that they fire you because you Lexi need some serious education and training. Do better Lexi- do better. Please share! I hope that this reaches The store manager or in the very least Lexi’s parents who need go have a serious talk with their daughter.

So last night on our way back from Greenville my wife asked me to stop at this dump to pick up 1 item she needed. Since there were no parking spaces she said park up front so I parked up front out of the way on the right hand corner of the store. I did not shut off my engine because I knew she would only be a minute. I was just sitting there. About 10 seconds after she entered the store while I was sitting there a man came up to me and said to me without showing any ID I am w

I understand not having enough staff but when your order is an hour and a half late and then you get the message that your order is ready so you get in a parking spot and check in and then wait 1 hour with no one coming out so then you call the store to find out what is going on and they tell you they will be right out 15 minutes later you decide to leave but give them the curtesy to tell them that you left and they are puzzled by this and said they were bringing my order right out. The least you could have done was told people that you would not have their order ready so they would not have sat there for over an hour and would have made other arrangements.

C,mon Meadville Walmart , I know you guys might be short on staff but can't you get someone to clean the restrooms? They are filthy , and they smell like a open septic tank. I have been in Truck stops and rest area that were cleaner and smelled better...My mask didn't even cover the stench

I paid $18 for 2 hour delivery, waited over 6 hours and then cancelled my order. They took the money out of my bank account immediately when I placed the order but won’t refund it until 2 business days. Will never use again.

My fiancée got told he can’t go into Walmart with his Deadpool mask that covered his nose and mouth but there is a lot of people in Walmart who isn’t even wearing a mask. They can’t deny one person and not others. My fiancé been wearing that mask since the beginning of the pandemic.

Great service. A real feeling that we're in this together. One young man was kind enough to take a picture of me and my granddaughter wearing our masks. Thanks.

So easy, just plug in your phone and upload pictures and then print them out, Walmart makes this an easy process. Awesome

I picked up 2 photo frames today off an end rack. They were all labeled $4 and the big sign said mix and match 2 for $8. When I got to the self check out I noticed the two I selected didn’t have barcode stickers on it. I rang for help. Someone went back to verify the price and she came back stating they were $8 each. I told her she must not have looked at the end cap which had them $4 each. She said she wasn’t selling them to me for $4. This is not the first time Walmart has set a display of items and listed a price but the cashiers will not honor it.

Used the instant print kiosk to print pictures, upon checking out I noticed it said 1 hour, I called 2 associates over to help, their response was "I dont know." I continued anyways and came back an hour an a half later for my prints. I opened by prints and 20 pics were missing. They looked and looked and looked and LOOKED and they were no where to be found. Stood there for a half hour waiting for them to be reprinted. Cathy kept insisting she already printed them and for them to look AGAIN instead of just reprinting my pictures. They eventually reprinted them. I made a special trip just to pick up my pictures that were supossed to be instant print and wasted a bunch of my time. Seems no one has a clue whats going on in the photo department
