Had a really bad experience here yesterday. Came in to upgrade my iPhone 13 to an iPhone 16 pro and Mohammad assisted us. When we got home we found out he added a new, extra phone number to our account without our permission - that wasn’t even attached to any phones we own. This would increase our bill by over $100/monthly. It took several hours with corporate customer support to get this resolved. I would not recommend going here. Very dishonest.

Understaffed! I visited the AT&T store three times this week. The first two times, the store was empty with a sign on the door saying the employee was on a break. On my third visit, there was only one employee assisting four customers, so I had to wait over 10 minutes. I came in so that someone could look at my AT&T iPhone but the employee wasn’t sure how to proceed and didn’t offer any solutions either. I eventually had to call external support myself. Disappointed with the overall experience.

Would give 0 if I could.. Came into the store to fix our service on our phones because our phones only get service when of WiFi. And the guy tells us that the problem is our service plan and that we need to upgrade our plan to the next plan. And it will only cost us an extra 15 a month. The guy lied when I got the bill it was about over 100 dollars more. When I called customer service they said that it’s an activation fee of 45 for each line. Which the guy never mentioned about. And change plan didn’t help at all. Very disappointed and the customer service was horrible.

Updated. Very poor and dishonest customer service.
Came in to upgrade 2 phones. The sales person changed our plans to the max ones without letting us know or asking anything. (Could’ve bumped my bill over $100 if haven’t detected in time). Also added few add-ons without asking us or even making us aware of those. Had to call customer service few times to clean up all mess he created. Be aware and ask several times what they add and do with your accounts. Wish the were 0 star rating
Generic reply’s with no follow up. Sent them my phone number April 9th still no one contacted me. Very poor customer service once again.

So much Graditude for Daniel. Switching back to At&t, Carlisle Store was NOT helpful, so we drove to Mechanicsburg store. So helpful!!

The Manager Joe was very helpful and easy to work with! Highly recommend this store.
4/17/25- Showed up at 10:15 to talk about switching plans. Door locked and dark inside. Called store and was eventually connected to the Enola store. They had no idea why it wasn’t open. Waited until 11 and store was still not open. Not sure what is going on there but will look for service elsewhere.

Johnny B and the staff at the Mechanicsburg store were awesome! Fast service, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. It was a great buying experience. Keep up the great service guys!

In 2022 I went there to purchase an iPhone. The salesman pushed a new phone onto my fiancé too. Then the problem I had was that the salesman recommended I get an Apple Watch and my fiancé too because there was a promotion for buy one get one FREE. I asked him multiple times to confirm and he said yes the second watch is completely FREE. I looked at my bill recently and I have been paying full price for both watches. So he scammed me into buying all this stuff because he makes commission off of it. That’s terrible. Considering switching to Verizon.

Chantze was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the process of upgrading my phone and transferring all my data- as well as getting me a discount through my employer which I didn’t know was available!
