Be careful. These guys will rip you off. They will offer you a promotion that does not exist. Then when I went in to complain they gave me a email address to their district manager and I was not to surprised that it was a fake email.

We went in here to get the apps and other info copied from my old phone to a new one that we had just purchased. What got copied was my contacts and nothing else, and the contacts in the new phone were either four or eight copies of the info in a given contact. This took me a number of hours to get straightened out. And then it took me a further number of hours to install the apps that were on my old phone. I am still lacking the settings for some of these, and still have stuff that needs to be moved to the new phone. Not real happy here!

Poor attitude of sales lp associate. Told me what he thought I should buy. Told me that nobody carries a 512gb S23 . He was wrong. Best buy does and so does Carlisle. Won't go there again.

UNFORTUNATELY, I WAS MISLED BY THEIR AGENT. HE GAVE A DEAL FOR 158 $ FOUR DAYS AGO. TODAY, I DISCOVERED THAT THE REAL BILL WAS 219$, AND ORIGINALLY WAS 517.13$. THAT'S REALLY NOT O.K.I REGRET LEAVING MY OLD CELL COMPANY WHERE I JUST PAID 130$ WITHOUT ANY HIDDEN FEES OR LAYING.PLEASE AVOID THEM TOTALLY.

Worst customer service not with one, but two ATT stores and two employees. I needed to change carriers from Xfinity. I chose ATT online prepaid 3 months for 99 bucks and if I needed help I could go to the store. I was mistaken! Went to Enola told Brennan I'd be a new prepaid customer transferring my number brought my own phone and just needed a SIM card from them. He didn't give me a SIM card and started setting up a new account instead, which wasn't right since after he did that I couldn't pick online prepaid plans. By then he already ported my number over and it was too late. Brennan said he didn't have access to the plan I chose, but yet gave me no details on prepaid plans he did have. Of course I refused. He claimed it's all the same, not true. When I wouldn't let him activate a random plan he shrugged said, 'It doesn't affect me one way or the other.' Disbelief, since it affects me very much! So you're saying you don't care then? Good to know. Can't he contact ATT, since employees normally call for help with customer accounts. He didn't want to call himself, said I should. But I don't know anything about this, you're supposed to? He actually told me several times he has T-Mobile not ATT, so he can't call. I said regardless you work here, so you should know what to do. He begrudgingly dialed the number, but then refused to talk so I had to pick up HIS phone to try to navigate service I don't know and didn't have. Of course I couldn't get through and he was no help. Either Brennan didn't know how to start the prepaid service I requested or he did this on purpose to get a sale and bully me onto a different plan. He called his co-worker who said he can't help, go to Carlisle Pike instead. At Mechanicsburg I explained the issue and begged for help. Irvin wasn't busy and the store was empty, but still he wasn't overly interested. He didn't want to call for assistance either, actually said to me 'You can call yourself, you're grown.' Shocked I said, that's not a very nice. Instead of apologizing he said, 'What, I can't tell you you're an adult that can make a call?' Then he took my license started scanning it without asking. I said, what is that for? He replied in a rude tone, it's no big deal just for account access! It's a big deal to me due to fraud concerns. By this time I was panicked and half crying. Then a man came in, said his phone wouldn't let him pay his bill and had to make a payment. This isn't 1998, you should never have to go to a store to make a cell phone payment. Irvin told me, go to Xfinity have them port my number back to them, but they couldn't do it without a transfer pin from ATT. Went back to ATT and Irvin claimed if I just paid him 10 bucks plus fees, then my phone would activate and get a transfer pin. It didn't work, I paid for nothing, my number was still suspended, and they couldn't get me a pin, noting by now prepaid customer service was closed. Irvin said my account was set up wrong by the other store, this was true. It had no PIN which is required with prepaid, but again nothing he could do. These men were indifferent, unprofessional, incompetent, avoided eye contact, lacked response to direct concerns, and on top of it were rude to me. I spent a terrible sleepless night without a phone, worried sick I'd lose my number. My phone number is required for my work, so I was forced to take off Monday which I then had to use to fix this mess. One bright spot today was Chris at ATT Camp Hill who saved the day and fixed my service! He was capable, professional, apologetic, and friendly, so if you have ATT only go there. Finally got my number ported back over to Xfinity. Returned to ATT store AYH3 requesting Irvin make this right and refund the 12.25 he charged me for nothing, but he refused. I tried to get the refund from customer service, but it won't let you speak to anyone if your phone isn&

Absolutely awful. Empty store. 3 guys sitting there doing nothing. Told them the problem and immediately said there's nothing they can do and had no interest in helping at all. These guys do not want to work or help anyone. Worst service ever. They don't care about anyone

Helpful guandence with my upgrade choice and plan specials. Disappointed that the phone was not in stock and had to be ordered and will be shipped to my home. I will need to visit an AT&T store location to discontinue the protection plan before the 14 day trial is over and if I want a store associate to switch my phone service to the new phone.

Andre was awesome. He was very knowledgeable with the phones. He helped us streamline our services and got us into updated equipment. Best experience by far during what sometimes is a confusing process Andre made it quick and seamless.

I received the best customer service from Andre at this location. He was patient with me as I was indecisive on which phone I wanted to purchase. As soon as my mind was made up, I was out of the store in less than 30 minutes with all of my items.

Two months ago I went in to the Mechanicsburg store (Silver Spring Square) to add unlimited 5G to my plan and came out with a new phone number added to my bill (without my consent or knowledge). My bill increased by over $60 a month. I went back to complain and got no satisfaction. Called My ATT and they gave me a credit, removed the bogus number and told me to report the scam to my store. When I went back to the store to complain and ask for the manager’s email, the worker told me I was basically making up my claim. He refused to give me the supervisor’s name. He even asked me if theirs was the store where this happened after denying that it happened. I was angry at being told I was mistaken and possibly making this up, and his next step was to ask me to leave. Sheesh. I will have to contact MyATT again to get additional service and I do not look forward to this process. I do not recommend this store.
