Went into the store today in Mechanicsburg, Josh greeted us soon as we walked in, explained to him what I was looking for and wanting to switch services for my daughters. He was very pleasant to work with and made the process very easy! He made it so simple I am now going back to switch my services Friday! Thank you again!

Every time I've come to this store they have been closed. Well, not closed but just nobody's there whether it be 2:00 in the afternoon 7:00 at night they're never here when I come here it's ridiculous

Boost Mobile in Mechanicsburg on Simpson Ferry has the most professional and caring people iñ that store. Tiffany and Carlos helped us with information on all the phones available. We actually changed phone providers. They actually transferred all my information to the new phone. We also got a watch, they did all the watch set up and showed us a lot of new features. They are great. If you are wanting someone to care about you after the sale go to Tiffany and Carlos they make sure you are happy.
