They will do whatever they want with your dog and tell you days later. If you inform them of your dog having a health issue they apparently ignore it. If you are looking for a place with terrible and dishonest communication you can give them a try.

Just started taking my dog here to get him used to other puppies. Over the past few weeks, I have noticed him getting better and more comfortable being away from us during the day. He did his first overnight stay in preparation for a much longer stay next week as we are going on vacation. I would definitely recommend their services and will continue to use them.

We have done doggie daycare once and boarded our dog twice here now. The employees are very friendly. Gage always comes home tired, which is nice for us. If you book far enough ahead, you can get your dog groomed right before you pick them up so they come home smelling great!

On the way home, Gage told us all about it. He made lots of friends and loved all the employees there. He loved the fact that they also offered other services like grooming. He already has his next appointments there booked. Currently he is fighting sleep on the way home.

Called numerous times about vacation boarding for our 15-pound dog and always got voicemail. Two days later someone returns my call. The man tells me all the reasons why I do not want to bring my dog there. For example, your dog needs to be comfortable in a yard with 60 other dogs. He also tells me we only have tours Monday - Thursday during the day and before 4:00 with no exceptions. Does he think that everyone coming to their business does not have a job and lots of leisure time to accommodate their schedule? Not sure how this place remains in business. Some dog lovers must be desperate or looking for a bargain deal without regard to what type of knucklehead will be watching their loved one.

My dog is the happiest little guy . But when I picked him up at daycare today, he was sad. Stayed that way all evening . I am very upset about it . I have canceled the remainder of his time. 2nd time this happened and the last!

My two dogs love going here. Staff is awesome and very accommodating. Daycare wears my dogs out so that I can have some peace and quiet. They do boarding as well. My dogs' tails wag on the way in, but are usually too tired to wag on the way out. But I can tell they had a good time. Highly recommend.

Extremely poor communication, difficult to schedule, ever changing story from staff as to what is going on with your dog. AVOID at all costs.
