I’ve been here three times. The first time was fine. The next two times I was overcharged by $60 the first time and buy over $60 the second time. They refused to refund me for their mistake. I definitely will not be going back.

Becca was absolutely amazing! I came in for a waxing appointment and she made sure every single hair was removed—literally didn’t miss a spot. She was super thorough, even making sure there was no wax residue left behind. I really appreciated how patient and attentive she was throughout the whole process. Sanitation was clearly a priority, which made me feel totally comfortable. On top of that, the overall vibe of the salon is so welcoming and relaxing. Highly recommend booking with Becca—you won’t regret it!

When walking into Changes Salon and Spa I was greeted by everyone and the owner Angela was there helping out. She was very friendly. I can tell she's compassionate about her business and people coming in looking for what they want done, and leaving relaxed and happy. She had one of the friendly gals at the front desk schedule me an appointment for a hair trim and highlight with Riley, one of her stylist. I was so impressed with her personality and work that I decided to make an appointment for laser hair removal, as well as laser treatment for my rosacea. I've already had my first session with Becca. She explained everything and made me feel comfortable as she worked on my face. I look forward to my next session. All the staff there was friendly and I thank you all. You have a new, permanent client. : )

My best friend and I came in for pedicures last weekend and were treated beautifully! Mimosas when we walked in and welcomed with the most lovely ladies at the front desk. Then we were taken back for our perfect pedicures where we sat and chatted and walked out with our toes and feet looking and feeling amazing. We will definitely make this a regular thing when my best friend is in town! Thanks for a great morning

I went to get a hair cut, I was assisted by 12 years experience hair stylist who grabbed the wrong scissors and cut a good chunk off above my right ear. The hair cut is almost the opposite of what I wanted . I wanted basic one level length by my collarbone and the sides slightly shorter than the back with curtains. She was apologetic and I felt bad for her then when I went home and discovered the hair cut is the opposite of what I wanted I called and spoke with lidnsay who was very rude. I requested to get my money back since I have to wait at least 4 months until I can fix it. I will find away to post pictures here. Don’t go there ! I was very understanding for the mistake that was made what I got in return from the manager us absolute rudeness and yet she got defensive when I told her to stop with her tone and attitude

This was a last minute treat for myself.
I was on the area for a long day and after searching google found this gem! Steven was fantastic!! He took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the process for the therapeutic massage. After a couple months of discomfort the kinks are gone. I only hope I can find someone as skilled and professional back home

My girlfriend and I made a deposit of $100 for a couples massage. We had to cancel the morning of due to me having a family emergency (which I understand was less than 24 hours notice) so my girlfriend asked if she can use that $100 deposit toward a facial for herself instead the same day. Changes Salon responded by denying her request, keeping the $100, and saying she is never allowed to schedule another visit unless she pays another $147 for the couples massage that never happened and then she would have to pay for the cost of the facial if she wanted one after paying the $247 total for a massage that never happened. The receptionist was rude saying this and slammed the phone on us. My girlfriend just wants to use the $100 towards another service.

I and my aunt came here , we had an amazing experience, the team was welcoming and the hospitality was beyond amazing. We got out hair cut and the experience was good.
