Non-responsive to phone calls and requests for help! My insurance changed a month and a half ago. I updated my info and went in person to the local office to ensure everything was updated. I was supposed to receive my Cpap supplies over a month ago. CPO2 keeps making lame excuses for the company not getting them out to me. Rotech even called my home phone and left a message that I should have received my supplies over two weeks ago! Now I have been waiting for quite a few weeks for CPO2 and Rotech/Sleep Central to get their act together and ship my supplies. I finally ordered some supplies out of pocket through Amazon, because I was completely out of everything that was supposed to be sent.I do NOT recommend dealing with this business!

I have never had problems everyone has been very nice and always has my oxygen when I need it they always have it the day I call so thank you.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR MEDICAL SUPPLIES!!!!My husband has been on a CPAP machine for years now, and was told by his Dr. that he may be eligible for a new machine, IF the insurance would authorize payment. He told my husband to go there and talk to them, which he did. My husband asked THREE separate employees there and was assured by ALL THREE EMPLOYEES that, yes, the cost would be covered by our insurance. They even told him that they called the insurance company to confirm payment. Now we are getting bills from Rotech for the machine rental and supplies. I called the insurance company and they told me that NO ONE from Rotech had ever called to confirm payment and now we're stuck with the bill - hundreds of dollars!When I called Rotech to complain, the lady told me that they've had a lot of turnover of employees, and that, unfortunately, the new employees have been giving out incorrect information. So now we're on the hook for hundreds of dollars because your employees are poorly trained?! And the most priceless part? While I was on hold waiting for the woman I spoke to to "look into this," their recorded message that's playing in the background says, "We take great pride in giving you accurate information on pricing." What a joke!!!

Strangely enough, they earned 5 stars by NOT selling me equipment. I called looking for CPAP supplies, but long story short, I have a weird situation. They offered to supply me, but also explained an alternative that is cheaper and easier for me. Imagine that, a company that is still about helping instead of just taking your money...You better believe next time I need equipment, they will be my first call!

Had a patient who arrived to our outpatient facility with an empty O2 tank. Amy, the sales rep, was able to get a full O2 tank out to our facility within 45 minutes before the patient's public transportation arrived! Amazing customer and patient service. Thank You!

Please follow up and go through the process to receive what you need. Follow up weekly. I'll repeat this because my follow up and lack of information about the process caused major delays.Ask questions, get the information you need and follow up. It's a process, but if you have more patience and good follow up skills you'll get what you need eventually.

If you want a competent company that knows exactly what's going on and what they're doing, do NOT go here.The company doesn't check their fax and read simple Dr. Orders. Then they complain when payments are not made, due to their inaction.Absolutely WORST medical supplies company I have ever dealt with.

Now, it has been 3 years since my mom passed, but they were amazing to work with, so accommodating and really responsive. I’m really shocked at the poor reviews, that was not our experience at all.

Cp02 I’ve been a loyal customer for many many years they no longer care about the customer! I can’t get to there office for a new cpap and they can’t send a therapist out! Good by CP02 Hello Apria !!!

Awful. Just awful. They did not submit the proper pre-authorization to the insurance company (which is their responsibility as an in-network provider). Despite my insurance company affirming that I do not owe CPO2 money, they continue to bill me for the denied claim. Every time I call the person who answers the phone doesn't know anything about billing and says someone will call me back. No one ever calls back. They made us go through unnecessary paperwork and doctor's visits that they claimed were required for insurance reimbursement but it turns out was only required for Medicare reimbursement and we have private insurance. Do not use this company.

Every time I send in my SD card to generate a report they fail to follow through. Report is never sent to me or my physician. SD card is never returned. Multiple phone from physicians office as well as myself needed to get CPO2 to do their job
