My insurance, Optimum RX, is not accepted at CVS (Pharmacy Participation Not Established Formulary). It would have been nice to be told this before waiting almost an hour for my prescription. My insurance is accepted at a mom \\u0026 pop pharmacy (Cumberland Apothecary) but not at CVS??? DISGRACFUL!!! The entire pharmacy area of the store was a disorganized mess to add insult to injury.

Left Patient First (right next door) at 1:14pm after being told they sent a prescription over to CVS. Looked around store allowing time to receive and fill, go to pharmacy at 1:28pm to see them putting up the “closed for lunch” sign. (1:30pm-2pm) I was first at pick-up counter at 2pm just to be told they didn’t have anything and to go to drop-off counter. Conveniently told “they JUST sent it over” (at 2:03pm, after their lunch, when I’m at the counter) and to give them 15 minutes. Heard them mocking another customer for “coming 5 minutes before lunch and expecting ____.” Was given horrible attitude when I later called in to check something. Customer service NEEDS to be improved!

Pharmacy has not answered the phone when I call in for the last 4 months. Drive through was closed. Went in to have medication filled. Made them aware that I had not been able to call in for months. They denied my accusations. I am angry at the disservice they are doing to me and many other customers.

No longer open 24/7 (store or pharmacy) which is a big disappointment. The pharmacy staff is generally okay but there is one female in particular (you'll know who I'm talking about when you call or visit) who is very arrogant, condescending, and impolite. I've experienced this personally and overheard it happening while in the store when the aforementioned employee was on the phone. I've also overheard other pharmacy staff openly talking about customers in an unprofessional manner. In terms of the rest of the store, I’ve shopped in the front of the store and actually had to wait at the register while the sole employee was outside smoking (as I knew because she was standing outside smoking when I arrived). I sent an email about that occurrence and never received a response, although this is what I’ve come to expect from CVS Corporate. In summary, this is the worst CVS location I've ever been to.

This place is great... Open 24 hours. The pharmacy wait was not long at all but I came around 11:30 a.m. . The service is exceptional and all the help is very friendly. I would recommend coming here and will be back soon.
