A great place if you want to be ignored, and wait for 30 minutes to get anything done. Have gone here multiple times but not anymore. Transferred all my meds to somewhere else. Such rude employees.

Rude Pharmacist. The African American guy is rude as hell. This guy don't know how to talk to seniors or people in need. Get him to at least pretend to care

Service here has gotten horrible over the last year. Told to come in as Rx is ready, get there and they say come back tomorrow. This has happened repeatedly.

Pharmacist was rude. For the second month in a row they said they had a 3 day backlog. Last month I was able to get my prescription this month I was not. I HATE cvs. I was never happy that they were in Target.

The Best! Friendly staff. Always very helpful and treat you like a small town pharmacy would.

This branch of CVS is amazing and all of the staff is phenomenal. We tried to switch to a drive through CVS maybe a year ago, and had so many issues that we immediately switched back. It’s also worth noting that Kendra is an absolute hero. Not only does she immediately recognize the regulars, she does her best in getting things ready quickly, communicating with doctors offices for refills as needed, handling stressful situations with grace (like when people try to form multiple lines or cut others, she politely but firmly points out what aisle the line is down), and she respects HIPPA and does not shout your medication names or personal info (I’ve had issues with this at other pharmacies).I have a lot of health issues that have been going on this past year and it’s been a lot to juggle. Kendra recently went above and beyond to call me at home and help coordinate my medication pickup dates so I’m not at the pharmacy practically every day. That small gesture saves me so much time and will definitely make my life a lot easier.

Pharmacist associate is consistently rude. Individuals in line, different times, have discussed her attitude and lack of customer service. Looking for new pharmacy. Don’t need to be treated like I’m doing her a favor by getting my script from there. I’d avoid this pharmacy!

Your pharmacist on Simpson Ferry could not take time to talk to me and recommended something that I found out later was not what I needed. Then other Pharmacist on Carlisle pike all but shut gate on my face when I stopped by after my evening job trying to see what else I could take. I just wanted to cry being so sick and pretty sure I swore so I would not cry. Thank goodness Walmart pharmacist listened and helped guide me.

I just left this store about an hour ago. Terrible service. A young boy manager was snide and sarcastic. I called corporate, to no avail. I will not be using this store for prescriptions going forward. There are too many other choices out there. If I could give this store a zero rating, I would. He was a nasty piece of work.

CVS has not been my first choice for RX refills due to issues in the past. However this location was close to work so I gave it a try. The Pharmacist has been pretty rude since day one but no mistakes so I put up with the attitude. I'm not sure if it is CVS the company or this location but they are cheap and like to cut corners. They are always bouncing from generic to generic. The medications I take are really sensitive and I have a lot of allergies so when I find one that works I try to stick with it. It is even noted in their system. However they don't like to take the time to tell you when they change. After my last pick up I noticed when I got home my pills were different. Thinking they made a mistake I called. He said they were out of the usual so they gave me this. I let him know I could not take this kind and he basically said " You get what you get. If you don't like it then change pharmacy's." Well great advice. To avoid the reaction I would get if I took HIS mistake I called another location. They were unable to refill since I was out and they could not take back pills so I had to have my doctor call in an Emergency refill. Because they wasted my insurance on they other medications I had to pay out of pocket for the correct ones. So I paid $50 because of his mistake. What a mess. Thankful to the other CVS for doing his job for him. Putting the correct notes in the system and just taking the time to help. How easy it would have been if he had given me a heads up. Even offered to give me my RX to go to another location that had my medication in stock. This location is dangerous. Store 6706 is not safe and should be avoided.

Located on intersection of Carlisle Pike and Sporting Hill Road. Is bit of problem getting in specially in traffic hours. The traffic on the light at intersection gets backed up and it is difficult to make a turn into the pharmacy. Is like basically any other CVS - advantage which this branch has it is open 24 hours. Pharmacy is located in the back of store and generally is well staffed considering that there are always few people waiting for their medication. The store itself is organized well - weekly deals are available on household items

Highly disappointed when they would not honor my CVS coupon then they double charged me for an item I didn't buy. Check your receipts
