I am completely satisfied with the Cumberland parkway CVS. Well stocked. Clean and well managed and barbie is so friendly and helpful. Barbie (last NAME UNKNOWN) makes me want to be a customer at this CVS location.

So many times the “sale” prices are not reflected on the bill. At my local CVS on the Gettysburg Pike in Mechanicsburg, the employees are very hesitant to make price adjustments. Today the employee told me I needed to come back the next day. Soon the “discounts” will cease to be work my time and the stress caused by employees who do not care to provide customer service when there are errors.

The pet shot clinic is awful. I registered my dog an 80 lb pit so i didn't have to wait. I didn't get in line because of his Size and other dogs. They took people before me not registered. They took people that arrived after me. Nobody in line was courtious to let us go. I left and will never be back

I stopped by to get a consultation and the staff was rude and talked down to me. When I was finally was allowed to talk to the pharmacist he was short with his words and seemed annoyed that I was sick asking him for a recommendation to help me feel better. I will never shop at this location ever again. I hope this isn’t how they treat all seniors. Do better CVS. No wonder all prescriptions are being moved to online.

I pick my kids meds everybody is amazing!! There is only one employee with horrible attitude not sure is it lack of confidence, training or just being short stuff.

With rewards CVS put on my card, I got a great deal at CVS today. And the CVS employee at the checkout helped me get all the rewards I had been offered. I hadn't downloaded the rewards correctly to my card, and she actually used my phone for me, to download all my rewards. Her patience and kindness were excellent!

Just left my cvs, Gettysburg Rd and there is a new employee who was on the floor stocking,,, i think she's a manager. Nastiest, rudest person I have ever encountered at this location. I have used this location for the past 8 years and I am seriously considering changing to a different location because I would hate to have to deal with her again.

This review is for the pharmacy.I scheduled an updated COVID vaccine appointment for 5:15 pm. Maybe it's still relatively new as none of the CVS' near my house had the vaccine available. I had to drive 3 times longer in distance to get to this particular location. I got there early at 5:05 pm. I saw a sign at the door saying the pharmacy closes at 5 pm today. I was perplexed but didn't think it applied to me because I just received both email and text confirmations as recent as an hour ago.When I got to the pharmacy counter, the metal curtains were already halfway down. I was about to announce myself but was quickly cut off. "The pharmacy is closed, " a pharmacist shouted. I went, "but I have a 5:15 appointment for the vaccine." She replied, "you will have to come back tomorrow." "But I received confirmation..." I was again cut off. "We're closed today at 5 pm". Every time I opened my mouth, I was cut off. As a result, I was dismissed without even finding out why I had to waste this trip.First, I felt played by this particular pharmacy; the confirmations turned out to be a joke. I also wasn't properly placated as a customer who duly showed up for his appointment and did nothing wrong, but ended up leaving the place confused and angry. I'm glad this location is far away, as I will never want to come back.

I have never had any issues with this pharmacy. Always have my prescriptions ready as promised, the staff is always polite and helpful. I tried another pharmacy closer to where I live now and my very first order was messed up and they actually lost my prescription orders ,( Weis in Newport) I ask my Doctor to call it into CVS at upper Allen Mechanicsburg, within a few hours my script was complete, it’s worth the extra miles for me to go back to MECHANICSBURG EVEN THOUGH there are some stores closer, this store I trust….
