The worst Pharmacy customer service I've ever had. They literally have no clue what's going on. If you have a chance to use a different Pharmacy take it. They can't follow any simple instructions. They argue with you over the phone and they cut you off mid conversation. THE WORST SERVICE!!!

Bad photo service ordered online photo came out horrible and I got a discount for them online. They would not honor the discount in store to redo them with in-store photo redo horrible. I deserve my money back.

Was railroaded into accepting some marketing agreement at pharmacy checkout. Horrible practice. If I said what I'm thinking my review would be removed. I'm changing my pharmacy today.

worst, waited 1hr in line twice and no one picked up. this is worst location.. i doubt if they are working with curtesy.. i am suspecting that, they may do sadistically work like mixing incorrect medicine which is a concern. i would not go agian.

The staff is extremely rude. Customer satisfaction is horrible. I never met a more disrespectful store manager at a retail store. It is clear that CVS does not care about their customers. I highly recommend going to a different pharmacy all together

I would give this store zero stars if I could. I had an issue with some pictures which were printed. I returned to the store to see if it could be corrected. CHAD, the operations manager, attempted to help me with the issue. He was beyond disrespectful and rude. I’ve never come across someone like him in customer service. It’s a shame that he is in any sort of position to be talking to customers. Avoid the store and take your business elsewhere if you want to be a valued customer.

Just denied my filling scripts bc “ I hadn’t been in” … after they couldn’t fill a needed script for over 4 months. I travel and need to fill scripts when I am in town. Man was rude and pretty belligerent with me. Never EVER going to any CVS again. Absurd and unprofessional and petty. NEVER!
