Smiled while they told me they did not have my insulin. Did not even ask to check other stores. Everyone in the pharmacy walks around like there isn't a line of people waiting. Nobody at the cash register for over five minutes. One employee was even whistling as he walked by. This was emergency insulin because a cortisone shot sent my numbers scarily high, I didn't forget to call it in.

DO NOT GET YOUR MEDS FILLED HERE. Once getting the prescription from your doctor they wait usually over a week to fill your meds. Even then, you have to wait in a long line for them to tell you they don’t have your meds ready and to either wait some more or come back another day. This place is either severely understaffed or terribly mismanaged

Be prepared to wait, even for hospital to pharmacy scripts for Hours! I couldn’t even get an acknowledgment of a script sent in three hours prior to arrival. For those critically I’ll, take your business elsewhere if you want to survive.

The Best! Friendly staff. Always very helpful and treat you like a small town pharmacy would.

CVS has not been my first choice for RX refills due to issues in the past. However this location was close to work so I gave it a try. The Pharmacist has been pretty rude since day one but no mistakes so I put up with the attitude. I'm not sure if it is CVS the company or this location but they are cheap and like to cut corners. They are always bouncing from generic to generic. The medications I take are really sensitive and I have a lot of allergies so when I find one that works I try to stick with it. It is even noted in their system. However they don't like to take the time to tell you when they change. After my last pick up I noticed when I got home my pills were different. Thinking they made a mistake I called. He said they were out of the usual so they gave me this. I let him know I could not take this kind and he basically said " You get what you get. If you don't like it then change pharmacy's." Well great advice. To avoid the reaction I would get if I took HIS mistake I called another location. They were unable to refill since I was out and they could not take back pills so I had to have my doctor call in an Emergency refill. Because they wasted my insurance on they other medications I had to pay out of pocket for the correct ones. So I paid $50 because of his mistake. What a mess. Thankful to the other CVS for doing his job for him. Putting the correct notes in the system and just taking the time to help. How easy it would have been if he had given me a heads up. Even offered to give me my RX to go to another location that had my medication in stock. This location is dangerous. Store 6706 is not safe and should be avoided.
