Super impressed with the service here. I am usually baffled by the level of stupidity and bad customer service but today was different. Passing thru, there was an issue with the self checkout machine that the manager couldn't figure out. The machine had my 6 bucks and without making it into the biggest deal ever, went in his own wallet and gave me the refund. Kudos to great service. I should have gotten his name-older, balding white guy. Thanks!!!!

Shelves empty, the people that take the online shopping to your car should more attentive to the cars. And put their carts out of the way of cars looking for a place to park. When they are shopping for people's groceries online, they are so grabby for the merchandise they will not wait their turn to get a product.

I use this store as my designated PHARMACY. All the pharmacists are friendly and very helpful. The costs are low for my prescriptions, and over-the-counter items are accessible and affordable. The clerks at the pharmacy counter are the best! I always leave with a smile, even when my prescriptions are costly. :)

I'm from the east shore but often go to this Walmart instead of the Harrisburg store. This location is newer, larger and seems to be much better stocked shelves etc. Plus with being right off the Carlisle Pike there is a ton of other stores for shopping and quite a few restaurants.

Don't use grocery pickup. We've never gotten everything on the list. Never. If that wasn't enough, we regularly have glass break when we open our back door. Then we get smushed bread on top. Wish there was another alternative that is better. Oh, yeah. Everyone else.

Only shopped the Garden Center and was happy for the size of department it is but sad for the condition many of the plants were in. There were many nice flowers and plants to chose from, also many soils, fertilizer & bug control. Too bad Walmart can't afford a staff to upkeep this center.

So far I've had 2 horrible experience's this is what happened... I wrote to corporate and here is why,I went to purchase steel toed boots a couple weeks ago and the shoe department was a complete disarray. Carts overflowed of shoes needing organized and returned into their proper locations, skids of shoes needing unloaded and sorted, while the seat to even try anything on was completely covered. As I am fighting through this mess I happen to see a customer stole steel toed boots.I'm not even part of your loss prevention but it doesn't take much to see someone's worn out boots tucked into a corner and an empty box of steel toed boots laying beside them. First off, this department or ANY department for that matter should NOT look like this. 1. It's a safety issue and 2. It makes it difficult for your customers to move around and to find what they are looking for. Now, I was just in there tonight in hopes that I could buy a PUR plus filter for our faucet for drinking water. We get home open the box only to find someone bought it, took it home and took their old one off and replaced it back in the box and returned their old rusted one. This tells me one major thing, your customer service desk did not inspect the return as they should. Now I, the current customer has to fight through this inconvenience, not once, BUT TWICE.What really irritates me is, you are a multi-billion dollar company running through this pandemic while our small local mom and pop businesses are closing their doors for good. These small local businesses CARED ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMERS. If you are going to run your billion dollar business through this pandemic and allow our small local businesses to close their doors for good, I EXPECT BETTER QUAILTY FROM YOU AND YOUR EMPLOYEES! They say, WORD OF MOUTH, is your best advertisement . Well, here is my word of mouth, pictures, and opinion. You people should be ashamed of yourselves.(UPDATE: Spoke with corporate, they never compensated me and/or offered anything. They simply stated they would look into it and that's as far as it would go.) First off, you challenged me, challenge accepted. No sooner I said I'll take this to the news, no one wanted to talk anymore. Good luck Walmart.

I got my nails done today. They look terrible the man was not very nice. I was trying to be very polite but he was being rude because my nails were different lengths and not how I wanted them they are not smooth gel polish actually was old or something it started to come off. My daughter wanted her nails painted he didn't talk to her or say hi or anything. I will NEVER go back.

I got a gift certificate for a present. Used it this past Friday to get a full set. Saturday one of my nails came off, I just glued it back on because i had a bridal shower to go to the next day. On my way to the bridal shower ALL of my nails came OFF! I went in earlier today to tell them what happened. As i was talking to the nail tech another customer started to yell and scream at me. No one that was working said anything to her and allowed her to harass me. I will never go there again! The workmanship was crappy and the customer service was horrible. I'm not the only person I know that has had issues with their nails.

I got a full set with gel polish. They look great - all perfectly even and not too thick. The man that put my set on was precise and careful. This is the first time I’ve had my nails done without ending up with sore, torn up cuticles or cuts around my nails from rough shaping and filing. I’ll definitely be back and plan to take my little girl in for her first mani/pedi.
