Very nice people and very nice service went in for an oil changed and service When I left my house one of my tires Right rear was low I called service and parts and they were able to get me a new and I was able to Fixed up and not have to make a secund trip Great Service

This was the best, least stressful car buying experience I've ever had and believe me I've purchased many cars in my lifetime. Everyone was wonderful through the whole process especially my sales person Dustin.

When we stopped at Freysinger, the odds of buying a new vehicle were 50/50. We were met by Dustin whose interpersonal skill set was impressive. He was professional, personable, patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. Additionally, he was a good listener and an excellent communicator. End result, Dustin & Rob made it happen. The follow-up by Dustin was first rate. We would rate Dustin, Rob and the rest of the sales team 5 stars and an overall rating for Freysinger of 5 stars.

Found a car at the dealership, went through pre-approval process before going. Got there, started working with salesman Scott, took the car for a test drive. There was a small issue that was to be fixed by service. The issue was fixed and we were ready to complete everything all to be told by the dealership the lender who we were pre approved through for the specific car denied financing the car because of the year . *odd* my husband contacted the lender and both the salesman (Scott) to try and sort out the confusion. We contacted special financing department through the lender who assured us the car isn't an issue and we are good to go. My Husband then relayed that information to the salesman (Scott) who is now ghosting us ignoringall calls and text. I left 2 messages with finance manger (Rich) and have yet to hear from anyone. So if you're going here with a pre-approval just don't. Apparently if things don't go their way they're not willing to close a deal. We started out with what we thought would be a great experience all to disappointed with no clarity.

Having truck trouble so I looked online. Saw one that caught my eye. Sales was more than honest on why it was traded. Dealership was more than happy to back their work. Had a few bumps in the road but at no point did we feel we were screwed. Everyone involved went above and beyond to make things right. Good or bad I will go back because of the service. Things happen and they really make you feel like your issues are their issues. Thank you service and sales. No offense I hope we dont see each other till the next oil change.

Entire experience was excellent and my salesman, Dustin, was great to work with. Easy negotiation with trade and truck I purchased. Very nice and professional team all around. I will be back even though it was a 2 hour trip, worth the time for sure!

When we purchased the vehicle they said it would be detailed. When we picked it up there is still dog hair all throughout the vehicle. We reported that the transmission was shifting hard and it was not right. They fixed the code for internal shifter issue. The truck is still shifting hard and something still is not right. Service said to talk to the dealer. I spoke to the dealer manager, Mike and they said they would give me a call back after talking to Jim. That was Tuesday 6/11 and it is now Saturday 6/15 and we have not received a call. We will not be referring anyone to this dealership, and we will not be returning. The ladies in the service center were kind and cheerful when we would come in, but the truck is still not working properly.
