Acquired a loan from Fulton for a vehicle (through the dealership). I normally don't care who holds my auto loans as most banks are the same. You pay your loan and that's it. I haven't even made the first payment and I can tell you I already hate this bank, and everything about their service. I tried for about a week to setup a way to pay my loan online or over the phone to no avail. Customer service is absolutely useless. Now I have to drive to the office to make a payment. I guess I'll be doing that from now on every single month like we're living in the 1990s as I wouldn't trust this bank with setting up any kind of transfer. I don't know why anybody would use Fulton bank for anything. Once this loan is paid off I will avoid them like the plague and so should you. If there were negative stars I would have given those instead of 1.

Customer service is terrible. Can’t get a hold of anyone, have been hung up on repeatedly.

Terrible bank to deal with. 2 stars because the employees at the bank generally try but calling for anything is a NIGHTMARE. I have nothing but issues with them.

What an absolute joke of a bank. To have an appointment only lobby. The best place to list the lobbyist closed is on the door of the building instead of the website so you waste your time going to the bank to get turned away what a joke

In their credit, today they did open the lobby for my mother when I called up, so for that I feel obligated to give them one star credit. Now, about 20 years ago I was kicked out of banking there, and forfeited one uncashed paycheck and the funds in my account because the manager informed me that they did not wish to have Hispanic wage workers there ... to polish up what she said into something that resembles a PC term. And they also stated that they felt that I was intending to cause them and the employees of their establishment great harm, due to my always being there every Friday morning at the start of banking hours cash my check. It is not like I worked nights at the time and was cashing my check on the way home or anything. Now, when the employee asked me if I wished to come in, I informed him of why I was not permitted and he stated to me in a highly offended term that that was uncalled for language, which I agreed and reminded him that that descriptor was used by the management of his branch when they forbade me from returning to that establishment.

Marlene Schwoyer is a disgrace to the company along with Sam Miller. Marlene had terrible customer service when I had to file a complaint against San Miller for making false claims to me while applying for a construction loan. She was very rude and had zero tact and got frustrated and upset very easy. Being a clinician I find this disturbing as I feel her abnormal behavior and poor customer service should be addressed on a personal level as well.

I sent a friend in to make a deposit that included cash and my friend was told they were not allowed to take a cash deposit that large it was a federal law and I would personally have to make the deposit, when I asked how large of a cash deposit I could have my friend deposit Jill said she could be fined if she told me, I called the home office and the knew of no such regulation. We've had numerous problems the this branch.

Not a good place to bank. Bank as a whole makes mistake with paperwork, as well as system glitches. Causing payments to be sent early and accounts to be overdrawn. Then there's always some excuse why your overdraft protection wasn't used to cover the transaction they just repetitively tac on fees. I would look for somewhere else to bank

Not a good place to bank. Stopped in to get help from the branch manager on numerous occasions and never got called back.
