They started charging more for the items than they cost new. There's no reason at all to shop here when you can get the same things new for less money. Shame on you for your greed with items that were given to you.

Didn't have much selection. Some items didn't need to be on the shelves. They had a pickle jar that looks liked it was used to collect coins. It had stickers all over it for 3.99 . Their clothes selection was good.

My wife and I really enjoyed walking through the Goodwill store and bargain shopping. We found a number of good deals for our children and myself and even found a yard game in their miscellaneous section in the back. Thanks, Goodwill!

This is one of the better Goodwill stores that I have been to. Found some cool Halloween and Christmas things that were in pretty good condition.

Nice place for slightly used clothes, household items, trinkets, kid toys, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Just left the store and I'm happy with my purchase, but here is my problem with Bubbles the store manager. It was bad enough that she was hovering over the sweet employee ringing all the last minute purchases out (it was 15 minutes till closing). But a young father who wanted to purchase an item that a ticket had to be created for which took some time....all the while his children were playing with the item and excited that they were going to get it. After Bubbles decided it was worth $100 and the young father paid for it. Bubbles casually says to the guy " you are aware that you have to pick this up tonight"....the guy was totally caught off guard. Since when can't you purchase an item and pick it up the next day? And even if that was the rule...why didn't she tell him before the purchase was made.

I only stopped in this store because I was shopping at Karn's (next door) and was killing time. Looking through the dresses, I quickly realized that the sizes were pretty much all mixed together, even though there were size tags on the rack. I thought to myself that it seemed a bit unorganized. I shop at thrift stores all the time and know sizes get mixed in but this was much more than usual. I looked up and could see a sign at the end of the rack indicating that red tags are 50% off. ALL of the dresses seemed to be $9.99, which surprised me because my favorite thrift store (Community Aid) has a variety of prices, depending on the quality of the dress. Some of these dresses didn't cost more than $9.99 brand new. However, I did find one with a red tag that I wanted. Upon cashing out, the cashier asked if I was a member. When I said no, she asked if I would like to. I don't usually shop here so I again said no. As I was inserting my credit card, I noticed I was charged full price and asked her why. She said the discount is only for members. I stared at her and she said she asked if I wanted to join. So, of course I said let me join. She said it was too late, the card was already charged. This store should be training their staff to say "If you join, you will get 50% off on that dress." This is such incredibly poor customer service. On top of that, they do not provide bags. I don't mind paying 5 cents for a paper bag but they were selling bags for $1.49.I will never shop at a Goodwill store again. I should add that my favorite store is the Community Aid store and there is one right across the street. I am a regular shopper in the Community Aid stores and don't know why anyone would shop at Goodwill when they can get great prices, selection, and service across the street.

Smaller store, smaller inventory, but I found what I was looking for at a great price.

In the past, I’ve avoided shopping at this Goodwill because their prices are significantly more expensive than other local thrift stores. But recently, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by their new 50% colored tag sales on Mon-Wed. Shopping here is reasonable again- yay! Large selection of clothing, accessories, books, and DVDs here. I found a documentary set here, 4 DVDs total, for only $2 on one of their sale days!I do wish the store hours were a bit longer in the evening (the store closes at 6pm most weeknights as of this writing), but I understand it’s hard to find workers these days, so I’ll cut them some slack. The store itself is clean, and the employees are nice. Not a bad place to thrift!

I still generally like this store but felt I needed to comment on some raised prices as of late. I noticed video game prices raised from the previous $2.99 to $4.99 or even $9.99 in one case. I get that inflation exists but people are giving this stuff to you for free so it's not like you're paying more for products. Also $4.99 is above market value for probably 90% of the games that you have on your shelf so I'd rather buy from a game store for those kind of games. Raising the price too high is taking away a lot of the appeal of shopping at a thrift store in the first place because the main reason that people choose to shop at thrift shops instead of other stores is that they like to feel like they're getting a good deal. Just some constructive criticism because I think Goodwill is going to lose revenue if they don't bring their prices back to a point where people feel like they're getting a deal. They shelves will also be overstocked with things they can't get rid of and will end up in the bins selling for way less money anyway.

Specifically asked two workers this morning if board games came with complete pieces unless otherwise marked. They both said yes, we check every game for all pieces before being taped.Well I just got home and my monopoly has NO BOARD. How am I supposed to play this game with no BOARD? It is also missing the dice and a large amount of pieces. On top of that, plain white Walmart brand tee shirts were $4.99 each with stains…what? This Goodwill is becoming outrageous and I am very disappointed with my purchase that I am not even able to return or exchange.

Workers were very nice, but the shelves were empty and didn't have a lot of merchandise besides clothes. Store was clean so perhaps they were straightening up before putting more stuff out
