Unfortunately, my once-favorite barber shop has seen a decline in quality over the past year. It used to be a place where I felt valued as a customer and always left satisfied with the service. However, after losing several of their skilled stylists, the experience has drastically changed for the worse. On my last few visits, it felt like the appointments were being rushed, particularly with one of the staff (let's not talk about the name to be fair to her) who seemed to treat the process more like a race, spending no more than two minutes per customer. This rush job once resulted in half of my hair being noticeably uneven, as she quickly moved on to the next customer without ensuring the work was done properly. I am glad that there is another store in Mechanicsburg, where the attention to customer satisfaction and quality service is evidently a higher priority. I switched to them, and I am so happy about this change (although it is far from my home)

I grew My hair for 6 months! It was the manager that cut my hair! I told her I need volume on top of my hair and do fade on sides but she didn't even care and cut everything recklessly! I had to cancel my date!!! I am really disappointed! The manager is blonde and she is pretty old!! Please learn how to cut hair!!!

I took my son in here a few weeks back and it was by far the worst haircut i have ever seen. I asked who cut his hair because i went next store during it. Lady said she did. My eyes must have told a story because i didnt say anything while i was trying to pay and tip her $15 still. She kept asking what was wrong. I said nothing well have it fixed elsewhere. She never touched the top and faded the sides. 100% amish bowl cut. It was clearly rushed. Didn't even style it at all. The one side was an inch lower than the other on the fade part. Which i showed her then. The lady who cut it tried to "fix" it but it was just that bad it couldn't be fixed. She looked at me and said " I don't like the haircut either" which i replied "then why would you let someone get out of your chair like that after 27yrs of cutting hair" she let us go without paying after i told her i was going to write a review. She wasnt happy that i said that. I don't know if it was the Manager or not but she called it "her" store. Went and had it fixed the next morning. That was a never return to great clips experience for me. Absolutely awful experience.

Did not even fade in my hair they messed up and I was sitting there for about 2 hours and my hair is messed up..Don’t go herP.S if you want to get a good hair cut and want to stop being bullied cause your hair cut your gonna get bullied more.

This place deserves 0 stars. My son went in for a fade and it was the worst haircut I have ever seen. We had to pay to have it fixed. They girl who cut his hair shouldn't be allowed near scissors. I'm not going to post a picture bc it's my son but trust me, it was absolutely terrible.

DO NOT bring your kids for a fade cut! Brought my kids there today, they saw two different stylists, both BUTCHERED their hair! Now they get to go to the 1st day of school looking d*** as hell!

My mom and her friend went here the other day and a woman named Sandy cut their hair. She told them she cut off 4 inches when she actually only cut off about an inch. My mom went back after her friends said that they did not really notice a difference, and she asked if Sandy could cut a few more inches off. Sandy proceeded to cut off way more than my mom asked for and said "if anyone tells you that they do not notice a difference now, you should tell them to get their eyes checked". I understand that sometimes after a haircut you do not really notice the difference, but there was literally eyelash length hair on the ground after my mom's cut? Not to mention she only took 15 minutes to cut 2 people's hair - that does not seem right. Also, I just feel like she was very rude and talked to my mom like that for no reason. Terrible service.

I only gave one star because you had to give one. The owner of this place should be ashamed. The blonde hair white lady has 0 skill set and no buisness cutting hair. The whole store was unprofessional from the moment she walked in. I will never go back and I hope you don't go either.

I went in for just a trim to get rid of split ends and came out with a great cut, thanks to Kimberly! She made some gentle suggestions, didn't judge the hot mess my hair had become, and used her expertise to give me a much-needed, fresh, new style. Will be heading back to her in the future!
