Carlisle Pike, very disappointed in this store. I had a return that I had put on my credit card. Remind you I didn't get ask for my driver's license to put the purchase on my credit card,but with the receipt I didn't have to provide my driver's license to return it. Seemed a little backwards. Staff we okay

I have shoped at Harber Freight about 30 years ago before there were local stores. and at. I also hoped at the Harrisburg PA. Store when it first opened but when I first went into the Mechanicsburg store about a year ago there was a big difference. The store has inproved cleaner well organized and stocked with tools for all budgets but there a few things that are cheap things cheap the bottom line is I am very happy with all the tools I purchased I even joined there Inside track club for even a better price I have saved well over $200 since joining. I would recommend Harbor Freight or at least checking it out

I have never had such horrible customer service at a hardware store in my life. The knowledge level provided to me was very small and lacked sufficiency. I ended up spending $350 and didn't even get what I needed. I was told to buy multiple accessories and did not get what I needed. It was a very bad and unhelpful experience. The manager was the cruelest and most disrespectful man I have ever met in a management profession, doing nothing but interrupting me over and over again and refusing to answer any of my questions. The moment you say "Okay" even once he will say, "okay" like a horribly pushy salesman in upper management who hangs up the phone on customers. It.. was horrible. This was a horrible store, horrible staff, horrible experience and overall bad.
The reason I gave them 2 stars is because they did sell me products at a reduced price. Because it's harbor freight.
