This Home Depot had very good service as my niece and I shopped for items to repair and decorate her home. However, when we reached the checkout lanes not a single maned check out lane was open and we HAD to use the self - check out. The gentleman overseeing these check out lines was also helpful. I guess this fits their motto - "You can do it, we can help." I miss the personal contact with the check out people!They had one check out lane computer shut down.

This is my favorite Home Depot! Listen, I'm a contractor and this store is always helpful. I need something and order it while on the job site. By the time I get to the store, it is almost always pulled already. Everyone has a great attitude so far and I've been coming to this store for over a year. Home Depot's app is by far the best app. All of my receipts show up automatically. Kudos to the management for this store. Great Job! Ps... most complaints I have seen are lumber selected when preordering. I don't pre-order lumber as that is a terrible idea no mater where you go unless there are no worries about cosmetics. I have been a customer for a long time and have forked over countless thousands of dollars to HD both as a contractor and a homeowner. In the last few years things have really gone downhill. I am seeing less professional grade brands and more of China's best products. I feel they are catering more to the homeowner and less to the contractors these days and that isn't smart because the homeowner is not shopping there multiple times a week. Also I am not trusted to carry a power tool to the register anymore. They say it is to prevent theft so that must mean they think I'm a thief. No thank you HD, I won't be treated like a child, I will just buy my tools online and then you can wonder why brick and mortar is suffering.

Great store, helpful employees, good selection. Online, there are almost unlimited options, however, if you don’t get the correct item or it’s damaged in shipping or missing parts, you will not be able to mail it back. It’s difficult to communicate with someone and get a return processed over the phone, but once you do if you don’t return it immediately they will cancel your return and you have to do it all over again. For this reason I’m not shopping Home Depot online anymore in the future. But the store is fine.

The store is generally a good experience but I would say the lady at the returns desk was a royal grouch. She did what she was supposed to but didn't wanna act right lol. Oh, the receipt says her name is Cheryl. After working all night, I didn't need her attitude first thing, for no reason. The lady directing me down to that counter was really nice tho. I should have noticed her name.

I went there to get stain to match wood cabinets I have. I was helped by Bill in the paint department who went above and beyond to help find a matching stain for me. Thanks for your help and explanation!

I would prefer a zero rating. Just try to get a delivery and when you do from the third party the appliance is broken 2x. Gets better. Then try to get your credit. Never again. Lowe's from now on after spending thousands at HD last few years

Don't buy any appliances from here. i bought a fridge and had to wait for a whole month for it. when the time came for delivery the delivery driver canceled my delivery twice stating that there is construction work on the road without attempting to go in through the other end of the street. when I called the supervisor the first time, she stated that the driver took pics and that was it. on the second time, a different supervisor told me that he can't speak with the driver because that was his last delivery and that he is on his way to the warehouse. the driver has 6 orders in the morning before me starting around 8 am. By 9 am the link stated that there were only 2 deliveries before me. so I guess he wanted to go home early because it was Friday.Simply put the drivers do whatever they can to not fulfill their deliveries and their management lets them get away with it.
