Do NOT go through this Lowe's for any type of appliance delivery. Has been an absolute nightmare and the driver who was supposed to be delivering the new fridge was one of the rudest men I've ever met. He was extremely unprofessional and unkind, and upon leaving after not delivering the appliance left the doors to my home wide open without letting anyone know they were leaving. I only knew they eventually left by calling him back and having another rude conversation with him over the phone. Now I'm on the phone trying to reschedule the delivery for a third time with someone who will properly follow the instructions to get the fridge inside! One of the worst retail experiences I've had.

The manager named Tracy was not willing to go the extra mile to help me. She was in a hurry and wanted to refer me elsewhere... Then she began helping me with the unusual situation. We made progress and then she transferred me to Melissa her supervisor. I had to repeat the whole situation all over again. Apparently Lowe:s contract a different party who are responsible for deliveries..... Finally we actually got somewhere and Melissa took the time to follow the whole way through to make sure the delivery was set for a date I could agree on. The private delivery people just showed up at my door with the refrigerator one day!!

The employees at this store are some of the rudest most unpleasant people I've ever encountered. I spend quite a bit of money in this store and my last trip was no exception but from here on out I will be taking my business to the other store right down the road with an orange sign. My last trip here I was purchasing a Husqvarna Riding Mower but beforehand I had some questions, when I was able to finally get an associate he acted as if he literally not had 1 minute to spare, Andy was his name. I inquired about their limited stock of riding mowers and he told me that they have what they have, ok so I asked if I could order a particular model and he said I could but Lowe's would cancel the order about a week into the process, really?? After hearing this I told him I needed to think about purchasing one of their limited stock mowers but they were quite a bit more expensive than I had planned on spending so I would need a minute or two. He walked away, fine I get it I'm not the only one in the store. After deciding on another model ($2500) I found a different associate and completed my transaction. While riding the mower to my trailer I noticed a terrible shake of the right rear wheel that I just wasn't comfortable with, I proceeded to initiate an exchange of the just purchased rider when Andy the original associate came back to the area where I was test riding a different rider. After I finished my test ride of the different rider I was now dealing with a supervisor, Andy proceeded to interject and say "there was nothing wrong with the first rider, it's brand new" at that point I lost my cool looked at the supervisor and gave him some insight as to Andy's attitude and opinion of the original rider. Andy quickly scurried off as if he could tell it was about to get real for him in a hurry. The supervisor apologized for Andy and explained to me that he probably deals with stress in a less than positive way, more so than any of the other employees and he's been overwhelmed at work. Tip, keep Andy in the back making sure the riders are assembled correctly, namely the wheels if they do in fact assemble them. Done with Lowe's and their treatment of this customer.

I live 90 min away from this store but they had what I needed in stock, so this past Saturday we made the trip to pick it up. I ordered curbside and when I got to the store, I called and let them know I had arrived and what spot I was in. When the sales associate brought it to the car she was the nastiest rudest person I've ever encountered. Why? Because she had to do her job , that's why. She loaded my items in the trunk( I only ordered two things), screamed 'your welcome' and slammed my trunk shut. Corporate has definitely heard from me . Don't like your job? Hate working with people? Get another one. Lowe's you failed big time with this one.

I have not been in any store where there were so many people not wearing masks including many of the employees who had them pulled down. They clearly have no regard for public health measures.

I don't know if they don't require masks or are simply not enforcing mask usage. I was in the store on a busy Labor Day weekend and saw several customers not wearing masks.

Want COVID-19? If so, go to Lowe's on the Carlisle Pike. Nobody is enforcing the mask mandate inside the store and unmasked customers are everywhere! Today I was in the checkout line with the guy in front of me not wearing a mask and projectile coughing. He then rubbed his mouth before operating the keypad. The two guys behind me in the line were also not wearing masks and were not following distancing measures. Lowe's is doing NOTHING to space out guests or otherwise enforce COVID safety practices.

I have done curbside pick up two times from here during the pandemic. Both times it has been a complete joke. Today was the worst I ordered a toilet. I called from my vehicle with my two-year-old son who has cerebral palsy in the backseat seven times. Five of those times Jay at the customer service desk picked up the phone never said hello but continue to argue with a lady who was in front of him apparently and then hang up on me. The other two times no one ever answered and it put me right back to the menu. I had to get my son out of the car to go into the customer service desk just like the last time I went for curbside pick up to find there was 12 people in line that wrapped all the way around. After waiting 20 minutes in line the lady at customer service said I'll get that item right out for you I looked at her and said I'm in spot number six do you think I'm going to carry my child and a toilet LOL. On the other hand during this time I have ordered from the Home Depot in the lot right next to the store at least 10 times and every single time they have picked up the phone within 2 to 3 rings and brought my stuff right to my vehicle within five minutes! I would never order from this Lowe's or ever shop there the only time I have is when the item I need Home Depot doesn't have and then I really want to cry that's how bad their customer service is. One of the ladies taking in cards works there said to me while we are busy as if no one else is at this time. Sounds like you have a management problem not an amount of work problem!

Had purchased blinds last year from this location of Lowe's. I was assisted by Ana for selection of blinds. I can't speak enough good thing about her. She is knowledgeable, has years of experience with Lowe's/blinds, is patient and has a very helpful personality. She helped with the entire cycle of this purchase - from selection, to placing the order and to coordinating with the installer. When one of the blinds ordered was incorrect (due to my fault), she gracefully placed order for another blind and coordinated the installation of that. Lowe's sent me a gift card after I bought the blinds. Have visited the store couple of times since then and found the store to be well stocked, quick checkout and helpful employees.

This place is an absolute joke! I have ordered from them twice and both times have been utterly repulsed by the lack of customer care and knowledge these people had. I ordered a washer and dryer from them on Black Friday and had today (12/04/19) as the delivering date. I received a call this morning stating that the window of delivery would be between 12-2. I get to my house around 12:20-12:30 and there is a note on the door that I would need to reschedule my delivery because I wasn't there. I get ahold of Lowe's and no one in that delivery department has a damn clue what they are doing. 2 times I was put on hold and 2 times I was hung up on from being on hold so long. I call back a third time and get someone new who puts me on hold. She finally gets back to me and says that she can't reschedule a delivery until the products are back at the store. (Not sure why they wouldn't just drop them off instead of taking them back to the store to be delivered again another day). My husband ends up calling the store after me because he is also upset about the whole situation and after getting the run around from the delivery department again, they tell him the delivery window was between 1-3 not 12-2. So now I wait until 3 hoping that someone will show up. Nothing. I proceeded to call Lowe's back up to speak with customer service because their delivery department are a bunch of unknowledgeable, unhelpful, poor excuse for customer service representatives. I get a girl who checks for me and tells me that the delivery people had been by my house twice and no one was home. Keep in mind, the first time they were at my house was an hour before my delivery window and they had called my cell phone but never left a message. So I was never aware that they were even here until I got home around 12:20-12:30 and saw the paper on my door to reschedule. And now I'm stuck waiting for them to get my washer and dryer back to the store so that they can rescan it to be delivered tomorrow. This store and it's employees are an absolute joke. NEVER AGAIN!
