Customer Service is actually really kind(special shoutout to Matthew), I had them for an auto loan and throughout the process of payment everyone was through (just be patient), honest and helpful. I, personally, had a good experience.

With business and personal accounts at Members 1st I can say first hand they completely went downhill over the last 2 years. As a small business owner trying to survive covid Members 1st made my job a living hell this past year. They need to get with the times and think about getting some new upper management.

I have been a member here for over 10 years. They are definitely not perfect, but fix the mistakes when they see one. The customer service is good, and their mortgage dept is steller. Would not have wanted to go anywhere else.
