Have received the same treatment from their bank in NC. Also have brought them many customers throughout the years.”
“Better than the downtown branch because this one is actually open Monday through Saturday. Typical Mid Penn Bank, not going to impress by any means, but this branch is pretty good. In and out with relative ease and never (that I've seen) too busy. The bank as a whole (hole) is not great. Antiquated business banking system online and horrible loan products. I'm only a customer here by default since Riverview Bank was bought by these guys. I'd definitely bank elsewhere given the choice.”

“I had a problem with a dealership that I was working with because they gave me a significantly high interest-rate that a college student would not afford, but fortunately enough, Stephanie was there in in the branch, and she hooked me up with almost half of that interest-rate she was extremely helpful she stayed after hours with me because I came 30 minutes before closing and we did not leave until she got my application submitted for the auto loan. The very next day i was approved.”

“This Members 1st is usually the only one i go to now since the upgrade on the mac machine. I did reluctantly have to go in to this branch location due to a weird charge on my account. The teller at the counter and the manager that took care of me were both very helpful. I normally don't go in to establishments like this because i've been treated poorly in the past because i'm a transman and well it's all downhill from there. But this branch is not like that at all. Dom was who took care of me..and made sure to say "this is a safe place". She helped me and got everything figured out as well. I can't say thank you for your kindness enough..it really does matter. I don't feel like the one star reviews from one or two years ago are accurate. All the staff was friendly, the bank was clean, and everyone was being taken care of quickly. LQBTQ+ friendly.”
