“I wanted to give this review for a gentleman who took my phone call name Junior.
Junior was very helpful. I’m dealing with a customer that may have dementia.
Junior was kind enough to speak to me about his experience when dealing with customers that may have dementia or Alzheimer’s.
this is technically my day off, and I got a call from the previous customer who didn’t quite know who I was, but had an issue where they had three maybe four providers and they may not know that they’re adding them to their home service.
Junior gave me some great information on how sometimes a trustworthy person can be added to the account to reassure thing so accounts aren’t created by accident.
I really appreciate this gentleman taken to time to care and I wanted to make sure AT&T Hi Management, recognize Junior for his knowledge and time and dedication to CUSTOMER SERVICE.”
