The big guy at the front desk didn’t want to spend his time for my OEM warranty issue bcz he was not going to make money, at least he thought that way. He gave me this paper and send me. I should have ripped it there but my education level didn’t allow me to do so. After I went out of the shop, that guy called his friend at Mavis and told him to get rid of me. But the point he missed with his friend was I ended up buying a new tire. You could have earned money. Poor vision!

Stopped yesterday evening due to a slow leak in my tire and was told they could get it in about an hour to 2 hours. that was amazing, Jesse was so polite and helpful he kept me updated on what was happening due to they were extremely busy but were willing to add one more on there workload. would recommend NTB to anyone looking for a great group of people who are working for the people not just themselves.

I've been to NTB on the Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg several times. Each visit I received outstanding customer service from Delaney. I’ve had an oil change, new brakes, and even stopped in without an appointment when my check oil light came on. Delaney went above and beyond to help me each time.

Had a tire issue that the manufacturer would not take care of. Jesse and Nolan went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied by the time I left. Excellent customer service!

I cut a tire in my way home from work and took it to NTB for a patch. Despite a busy schedule, they got it done for me. Very polite and professional!

Came in because my tire was losing air! Swamped with business and only two techs, but they fit me in and fixed it! I won’t go anywhere else.

NTB has been amazing - we had several issues in a short time period and each time they got us right in and out the door quickly. Darrell was fantastic at letting us know how long the repairs could take and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!
