**Beware** I wouldn't rent here if I were You. I have been renting here for 1year. And it was fantastic at first. They rope you into an unfair rental agreement, that is stacked against the renter with some very broad and over reaching regulations. With the promise of the first month free or 50% off the first month. Only to double the rent in 3 months and then continue raising it every couple of months with barely a months notice. My rent started out for something like $59/ Month, I just got the email that the rent will now be over $200/ month starting next month. It's been $150-170/ month for atleast 6 months which is a far cry from where it started.
On top of that if I am 3 days late or my payments the slap me with a $20 late fee. But some other customers are given up to 20 days before receiving the late fees. It's based off of where your payment date falls in relation to the 20th of the month, which is totally unfair towards certain customers. And when I asked to move my payment date a few days forward, I was told just would have to prepay for 1 1/2 months in order to do so.
Also I left a box that needed to go in trash in the hallway outside of my unit one day that I was coming right back for, only to receive an email 10 minutes later that if I did not remove the box by such and such date and time I would be charged $125 to my account for disposal. Thete are dumpsters on site, but there is also a fee to utilize them.
You have been warned! Rent here if you don't mind your rent increasing repeatedly and being the victim of deceptive business practices.
