I highly recommend Prime Storage on East Trindle road. Matthew H. is very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve been helped tremendously with everything! I’ve been with Prime Storage for almost one year and its has been truly a pleasant experience especially when I was going through hard times. My experience and interaction with him has been a positive since day 1. I assure you it will be as well for you. Definitely the best storages and customer service in the country!!

Recently acquired a unit at Prime Storage.I dealt with Matt and he was pleasant and informative. The rental was quick and easy.I felt the cost was fair and I felt the whole experience was positive.

Seamless. Secured rental online at company website. Loaded my vehicle and was met at the facility by their staff. They showed me the storage unit which was very clean, I began to load it. Facility and units are also very secure and well maintained.

Over the last (4) years, Prime Storage Mechanicsburg has been our go-to location to store our travel trailer in their secure outdoor lot. I want to take a moment to commend General Manager Matt for being so flexible and understanding as we made the transition to a larger camper, and therefore a larger parking space. Apparently, our timing was impeccable, as a site which would accommodate our new camper became available. Since Matt knew of our needs, he was great about communicating this availability and honored our continued loyalty to this Prime Storage location. For a very short time, we had both of our trailers stored there! He was very up-front about our new rate and the time overlap, and made the cutover process seamless when our original camper sold. I continue to feel that our property is secure at Prime Storage Mechanicsburg in their well-lit, double-security-coded, video-monitored outdoor lot. Again, we can't thank Matt enough for accommodating our storage needs, and for making us feel appreciated as loyal Prime Storage clients. This is how customer appreciation and support are done! Bravo!

Walked in and was greeted and taken care of promptly. All questions were answered and there were no hidden fees. We were helped with the right size of storage unit we needed which was also great. Storage unit area is alway clean. Great place to rent.
