Great experience at Regency Furniture in Mechanicsburg. Sales associate Ligeia Evans was extremely friendly and helpful, and the store manager Chris Gandry was very accommodating and responsive. Overall excellent customer service!

All of the staff are friendly & helpful. The hardest part is choosing from all of the excellent quality & stunning pieces. Lindsey is very knowledgeable about what is on the showrom floor.She was able to assist me narrow down (for my tight spacial needs) a beautiful bedroom set.

Bought a bed and mattress from Regency last year. Was delivered in February this year. Before six months went by, the mattress developed a hard raised line snaking through the top of it. After contacting Regency, we were called by a 3rd party 'inspector'. Had to wait a month for him to come look at it Given a 4 hour window the day before he was due, he came after the window expired. No big deal, he said. Hard to understand his broken english. He had a terrible odor. Made that room stink for hours. Had to put window up with fan in it. He left saying he would turn his report into the 'client'. They contacted us more than 2 weeks later, saying it was 'normal' and did not justify replacement or credit. We called the Regency store, and, of course, this wasn't 'thier problem'. It was an issue for the manufacturer. Although the store manager did say she wouldl look into it and get back to us, there was no return contact. This junk mattress has now been donated to a hunting camp. We bought one from somewhere else and found out the new full size mattress fit the bed. The defective one was smaller and not a good fit. Both were supposed to be 'full'. Never again.

Great customer service and a huge selection of gorgeous furniture. The quality of the furniture is top notch! And the staff are wonderful and so helpful.

Entered the store with friends and were given rude and disrespectful glares by management. Treated horribly by employees who we’re sitting doing nothing. They made no effort to be nice and talked negatively about us to our faces.

I've emailed your support@regencycustomerc… five separate times asking about my refund from my cancelled order and NO-ONE will respond???? This place is fraud!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves taking people's money!!!!!

Shady place. We bought a dresser that HAD LED strips that lit the dresser up. It was on a as is clearance and the only reason it was clearance was because the set was discounted the sales lady said. She said we have to check everything out because we can't return it if we find something wrong or we don't want it. So we moved the whole dresser with the sales lady there and the strip lights worked they didn't have a cut in them. We had our car that day so unfortunately we couldn't pick it up so we paid for it and asked if we could keep it there for the time being. So they took it in the back until the next day. We came the next day picked it up. Brought it upstairs and king behold the LED strip isn't working. It was about 30 minutes of us trying to figure it out we see someone literally cut the LED strip so they wouldn't work. We called the store right away they basically laughed at up and said you bought it as is and we didn't do anything. I asked if they could look at their cameras and they said no. I asked a call from the manager and NEVER got one. I texted and called our sales lady that was not there when I called and she covered for them! All I wanted was a replaced led strip. I didn't want a refund on the dresser itself. We were hesitant to buy from them from the beginning from reading all these reviews and our sales lady said "prices are pretty negotiable because we need sales bad" lol I wonder why. I wish I could say coming in the store was a pleasant experience. All the employees are on their phones not engaging in anyone! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! If I could give a negative star I would.

Amazing experience at Regency. My wife and I came through looking for a bedroom set and found the one we were looking for fairly quickly. Management and the sales team, Austin specifically was very helpful and quick to get us our bedroom set purchased and set up for delivery. Delivery was very easy and convenient as well! They even set it up! Highly recommend this store!!

This is the absolute worst experience with a furniture store that I have ever had. I see why the reviews are so low on here and I wish I would have read these first. We were told 3 to 6 weeks wait for my daughters bed. It took 11 with us having to call them to get any type of update. If you cancel with them they will charge you a reshelfing fee even if none of the parts of your furniture are in yet. The management can be very dismissive and condescending once they get your money. All of this would be tolerable for me if the furniture would have shown up and been of quality. The same day it was delivered the crystal ball on the bed post fell off and the whole bed post is shaky and can not be screwed on tighter because the post is faulty. We called to let them know the same day and was told we would get a call back the next day. This was 5 days ago and we have received no call back so I just called to check on that. The manager herself answered and said she sent an email about it but heard nothing back and she could not give me an estimate of when the issue will be addressed. I spent over 900 at this store on the bed set and mattress and did not buy the box springs from them. So the furniture should have been of at least decent quality. The furniture is of poorer quality than their customer service. Please go anywhere but here for furniture. Amazon would have been better.

I would never shop at this place again because I made my purchase on April 3 I was told I would get it because it was in stock in 2 weeks It is now mid June. I stop pass the store in may I spoke to the manger she said she would get it taken care and she would call me back never got a call back like she promised still no update they will take your money and tell you whatever to make you leave

Went in with some friends to look at furniture and without doing anything wrong at all we were approached by the store manager and accused of entering restricted parts of the store when we went to the bathroom. We did nothing wrong and it was completely fine for us to walk around in there but she still rudely approached us and grumpily questioned about our purpose.

My boyfriend and I came to Regency looking for a sectional sofa. We were greeted by Phillip, who told us where to look then asked if we needed help finding anything. Once we decided on a sectional, he put together the pricing and gave us a discount! I also found a dresser I loved so we purchased that also and got a great deal on it! I highly recommend Regency and make sure to ask for Phillip, he was so helpful!!
