i arrived after my wife, a physician, had called in amoxicillin in the morning …the receptionist told me twice that there was no record of the script. i asked a third time, to check the messages, and after some discussion only then between what i assume was the pharmacist and the receptionist, the record of the call was found. she then told me i would need to wait 15 minutes since they just found the script. Was not treated kindly for some reason either despite this error on their end. We had to relocate from a different rite aid where the pharmacists and staff were top notch. ill continue to search for a replacement.

Never answer the phone. Slow as hell and very rude staff. Especially the guy with the multicolor hair. He always has an attitude problem. My dr sent in my pain meds and I can't get ahold of anyone to ask when they'd be ready. And I desperately need them. They need to step up their game!!

The store advertised walk in flu shots. This is not true. An appointment is needed to get flu shot and covid shot. Poor, poor advertising.

I understand short staffed, but this is the worst rite aide ever! Script never ready on time, they close the drive thru even when the store isnt busy! I just had knee replacement surgery and they literally refused to come to the window! Transfer your scripts across the street! Way less hassle!

Visited this store this morning. I bought a bag of mint twist. They have a horrible taste to them once you put one in your mouth. You don’t even taste the the peppermint. They taste like dirt. Shame on you rite aid brand mints for tasting like this. I would not recommend. Overall it’s a nice store

Do not go to this pharmacy, overweight pharmislct is a total Karen, they look for reasons not to help patients, refused a two day emergency supply of blood pressure medication just for no reason, most pharmacists are reasonable, this lady a total Karen for no reason, it's sad.UPDATE - went down street to another rite aid, pharmacist told me Karen at Rite Aid lied, you don't need approval from doctor for emergency refill, and how dangerous it is for any reason to not do an emergency refill for blood pressure medication, really a horrible person

I don’t usually write reviews but the gentleman in the pharmacy, I believe his name is Danny (tall blonde with a purple color) went above and beyond to help us tonight and deserves a multitude of praise! We went to pick up a prescription that was normally $50, our insurance changed and now the cost is $305!! Danny called the insurance company to find out why the huge jump and tried to help there with no luck. I found a manufacturer coupon and he called and called the manufacturer company to push it through for us (apparently the manufacturer was having technical problems processing on their end). He spent so much time trying to help us out. He didn’t have to, but he did. It’s hard to find people that will go above and beyond for a customer. Thank you Danny!!!

Worst pharmacy in the area, avoid if you want your prescriptions on-time. The drive through seems to be permanently closed, and staff complains of a two-week backlog. Reached out to Rite Aid customer service several times with no resolution, and the Pharmacy District Manager does not return calls. Zero accountability within this failing company. Adios Rite Aid!

This review is for the pharmacy only. I had a 3:30 appointment for the PCR testing. I arrived at 3:20 pm at the drive-through. However, there were written signs on both windows at the drive through, indicating that it was closed. So I went inside per instruction and waited in line at the pharmacy counter. There were 5 people in front of me. There was only 1 pharmacist and 1 nurse (?) who was administering shots. The pharmacy was obviously very behind in filling prescriptions. I overheard the conversation when the man in front of me was getting his turn. He submitted his prescription in the morning but was just now told it's not ready (almost 4pm). That he had to either wait for an hour or come back later. He said he'd wait. The pharmacist wasn't amused. He repeated in a rather rude tone that the medicine wouldn't be ready for anther hour and effectively asked the man to leave. I'd be very mad if I were that man.Anyway, it was finally my turn after waiting in line for 10-15 minutes. I told him I have an appointment for the PCR test. He denied me immediately, saying I shouldn't be inside for the COVID tests. I don't disagree but I had no choice, I was wearing double masks btw. He told me to go to the drive through. I reminded him that the drive through was closed. He said to go there and ring the bell. I wasn't thrilled to be given the run around but I duly went back out to the drive-through.I rang the bell, he answered and told me to wait because he had a lot of people in line. Of course, I was just in there and I knew there was a constant line. 10 minutes past. I rang the bell again. He reminded me that he's very busy. I told him that I had to pick up my son from school. He asked me to be patient. Finally another 5 minutes later, the "nurse" serviced my appointment. However, it was another good 10 minutes of waiting for the paper work! I don't understand -- if I had made the appointment online, included all my information and insurance details, why would it take 10 minutes to get ready to hand me the PCR test kit?! It took me less than 1 minutes to collect the sample once I was given the swab and the vial.By the time was I done, it was 4:10pm. I wasted a whopping 50 minutes of my life in frustration, and I was late to pick up my son. I know it was because this pharmacy wasn't staffed properly, but that's exactly the reason you should absolutely avoid this location. I would suggest CVS inside Target, or the CVS by the high school. I've always had good experience there.

Pharmacy is awful. Unpredictable changes of hours make it extremely difficult to pick up medication. Now they just close on random days with no notice. I agree with all of the other reviews regarding the professionalism of staff...there is none. Extremely rude and make you feel like you’re bothering them to fill your medication. Not to mention it takes hours to get your medicine filled. 1 script called in two days ago, still has not been filled. Totally unreliable. Switching pharmacy’s.

Called in Rx for refill 4hrs before closing, making sure it was in stock as it was unavailable at another Rite Aid so following the advice to call another store to ensure it was available I was told I would receive a txt when available. Yep, 12 minute's before they closed for the whole holiday weekend. So now I'm without my medication for the whole weekend recovering from pneumonia. Thanks for taking care of your customers.
