I’ve been meaning to write and say how kind and helpful your pharmacist and techs have been to me and others when I’ve been in. The gentleman who I believes runs the pharmacy, has gone above to help me get the best price, and get my prescription figured out. I appreciate them! Store is always clean and put together

My wife and I made flu shot appointments and waited 20 minutes in line to sign in. When signing in we were rudely told that we would not be given the shots because it would take too long for the pharmacist in charge to administer them. We wasted 45 minutes driving in, waiting and going home. This is a rude pharmacy with poor service. Go to a different pharmacy that is competent and client-focused.

The pharmacy has a very bad problem answering their phones. So I went to their pharmacy. So I went to the pharmacy they said they sent out for my medication and I’ll be ready tomorrow well tomorrow came. So I went back to the pharmacy and they said they have the medication but they did not take it out of the box and it’s processing and I’ll be ready again tomorrow well it’s been a week later. So I try calling now repeatedly when somebody picked up the phone they hung up. It’s not the man behindOr woman. That wears the white jackets it’s the ones that are wearing the blue jackets that have the biggest problem of taking care of people they don’t like doing their job. So now I want to transfer all my medication to CVS. They are the worst don’t fill your medicine there cause you might Never get them. And I’ll be too late because you’ll never get your prescription One time

Only came in for immunization. That's my only experience with this location but was much more positive than the location on Carlisle Pike. Waited no longer than expected and staff was receptive cordial.

I have experienced nothing but kindness and patience from the pharmacy staff. But the reduced hours make it tough to get there because I get most of my errands done on weekends.

The pharmacy isHORRIBLE!! The Pharmacist is rude and mean. They don't fill your prescriptions when they are supposed too.. I called to complain and the Rite aid manager at the time Michelle stood there and allowed it all to happen. She wouldn't call the real manager Paul to help. I got it all on video. You lost my business and will be reporting all this to corporate. So sad. I went to CVS and they were amazing and fast! The Pharmacist was incredibly helpful and nice and caring.

I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes today waiting on pain medication. I sat and watched the pharmacist look at me… then look down. And again. And again. He didn’t walk over to help or acknowledge me. He just stood at the computer looking at me every now and then.Eventually the person behind me honked, so I left. Good luck fella.I’m transferring all my meds ASAP. This place has steadily declined over the past 2 years; no staff, extremely variable hours of operation, extremely rude staff when there is staff… it’s ridiculous.

Aside from the pharmacy techs being extremely rude and unprofessional, they also can’t keep their store hours straight. Every single tech has an attitude problem except the one older gentleman that’s almost never there. They’re also too lazy to update their audio message so it loops you over and over instead of telling you they’re now closed on Mondays. I will NOT be using this pharmacy again.

Stop under staffing your pharmacy on purpose to save on payroll. You are messing with people's HEALTH. Pay your techs a living wage and maybe they won't all quit. Never thought I'd switch to amazon pharmacy but here we are.
