This place was down right disgusting walking in. Employees just standing doing nothing and chit chatting away mean while there's trash all over the store, all over the drink /cafe area. Not to mention 5/6 drinks we attempted to get were out or tasted absolutely horrible. I understand being short staffed but employees standing around while other places are gross? Definitely not a way to run a store. I know the sodas are only 79 cents but the employees were no help when letting them know about the drinks, just got an attitude.

Sam's Club pharmacy is a joke. 3:00 appointment, got there at 2:55 - 3:25 still standing around. Pharmacist lies to me, tells me the system allows 3 appointments for the same time, and the folks had the same appointment as us. Maybe just the weekend, but never again.

Convenient location to shop and get gas. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes to get gas. I am even able to drive right up to a pump every now and then. The store itself is clean with plenty of associates to assist when needed. I go weekly for my salad ingredients and fruit. Great pricing on avocados, which are expensive in grocery stores. I often find surprise items from protein shakes to clothing. I appreciate the ready-made items as well. Had to host a last minute get together and used all Sam's Club items. It's less expensive than catering from a restaurant. I purchased my membership through a Groupon promotion. So I got a great deal.

I have been a member since 2007. I don't use the store anymore and was surprised when they charged my card for membership. I called to cancel the membership and they made it intentionally difficult. After two hours on the phone, they finally agreed to credit my account. Then they called back asking for my credit card number. After all that, they did not issue the credit.

My only complaint is long lines at the gas pumps. Otherwise, this huge store has it all and then some. We've had great luck buying bags of avocados here, always fresh and undamaged. Eggs are cheap and $5 rotisserie chickens are a great value and taste great! I prefer this store to Grayson Road but don't make it here as much unless nearby.

It is quality gas and the cheapest gas around. You do have to have a membership to buy gas.

Lots of variety, great customer service. Terrible system of exiting as they scan one of your items to verify your receipt. I love their snack selection! Very happy that you can scan and go.

I go there to SAM'S CLUB GAS, MECHANICSBURG PA, get gas ONCE A MONTH, from my storage unit and always have a car load of stuff from my storage unit. I usually have 2 small WALMART bags of trash when I patronize the gas station........FOR 4 MONTHS, BRUCE, has told me my two small bags of car trash are too much for him...I am SHOCKED, that I continually get told 2 small Grey WALMART bags are TOO MUCH, BY BRUCE, a horrible employee....he has told me this on 3 different occasions...I guess I stand out because I have containers in my car....I am EXTREMELY ANGRY at the CONTINOUS DISRESPECT. It is NOT good customer service. One time, I just laughed, thinking ok, he is having a bad day, but CONTINOUSLY treating me HORRIBLY, is NOT ACCEPTABLE customer service or even just polite...if I drove up in a MERCEDES BENZ instead of a SATURN, I SERIOUSLY DOUBT he would constantly snap and berate me for my 2 bags of car trash...it is ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING.Why does SAMS CLUB keep such a nasty employee, very old man named BRUCE? I WILL NOT be renewing my membership. I have been a member for 25 years and BECAUSE OF BRUCE, and the continous nasty treatment I am done being a member. I can get my gas inexpensively by going on the app GasBuddy and everything else many other places!Please anyone, if you ever see a guy in his 60's, old, named BRUCE, treat him rudely. I am quite sick and tired of being talked down to!!

Go to for all my gas for all my vehicles. We use the Sam's app and it is quick, no paper receipt....love it!

Store isn’t bad but there’s ALWAYS more employees standing around talking instead of actually working… today these 2 woman were standing there talking and laughing and ignoring customers while there were only 2 normal registers open with the type of long lines you’d expect at Walmart and the attitude they both got when an elderly couple asked them for assistance was absolutely disgusting… after seeing the way they treated an elderly customer I was half tempted to leave my cart with $680 worth of items in it and leave the store but I didn’t have time to run to Costco and unfortunately needed most of the items for last day of school goodie bags but I will not be shopping here anymore and will be canceling my membership. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR THE ATTITUDE THAT I WITNESSED TOWARDS A SENIOR CITIZEN JUST BECAUSE THESE TWO WOMAN WANT A PAYCHECK BUT VERY OBVIOUSLY DON’T WANT TO WORK FOR IT.
