This place was down right disgusting walking in. Employees just standing doing nothing and chit chatting away mean while there's trash all over the store, all over the drink /cafe area. Not to mention 5/6 drinks we attempted to get were out or tasted absolutely horrible. I understand being short staffed but employees standing around while other places are gross? Definitely not a way to run a store. I know the sodas are only 79 cents but the employees were no help when letting them know about the drinks, just got an attitude.

Sam's Club pharmacy is a joke. 3:00 appointment, got there at 2:55 - 3:25 still standing around. Pharmacist lies to me, tells me the system allows 3 appointments for the same time, and the folks had the same appointment as us. Maybe just the weekend, but never again.

Convenient location to shop and get gas. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes to get gas. I am even able to drive right up to a pump every now and then. The store itself is clean with plenty of associates to assist when needed. I go weekly for my salad ingredients and fruit. Great pricing on avocados, which are expensive in grocery stores. I often find surprise items from protein shakes to clothing. I appreciate the ready-made items as well. Had to host a last minute get together and used all Sam's Club items. It's less expensive than catering from a restaurant. I purchased my membership through a Groupon promotion. So I got a great deal.

I have been a member since 2007. I don't use the store anymore and was surprised when they charged my card for membership. I called to cancel the membership and they made it intentionally difficult. After two hours on the phone, they finally agreed to credit my account. Then they called back asking for my credit card number. After all that, they did not issue the credit.

My only complaint is long lines at the gas pumps. Otherwise, this huge store has it all and then some. We've had great luck buying bags of avocados here, always fresh and undamaged. Eggs are cheap and $5 rotisserie chickens are a great value and taste great! I prefer this store to Grayson Road but don't make it here as much unless nearby.

Lots of variety, great customer service. Terrible system of exiting as they scan one of your items to verify your receipt. I love their snack selection! Very happy that you can scan and go.

I've been to other Sam's Club locations and I am happy that this home location is the least congested of all. It's always easy to find parking, and we almost never had to wait in line to find an open self-checkout register. This is particularly appreciated during the Pandemic when social distancing is paramount. Of course, I hope the location doesn't close for these very reasons. Also, it has the best pandemic provisions anywhere, with mobile handwashing stations in addition to wipes and hand sanitizer dispensers. That said, I find the selections lacking, compared to Costco, especially of ethnic food varieties. E.g. you can't get any of these which are offered at Costco: Japanese mochi ice cream, Chinese moon cakes, Taiwanese pineapple cakes, Vietnamese instant pho, Korean jerky, French chocolate crepes, Belgium Waffles, etc. Also, prices are not competitive for many items. For example, I was disappointed to learn that the 1 pound organic baby spring mix priced at $4.98 is actually the most expensive among Aldi, Wegman, and Costco. It does have the cheapest and most tasty 3 lb rotisserie chicken anywhere in the US. And so far, we've had great experience with its tire department. There had been multiple occasions when we had tire leaks repaired for free here. Stress free shopping experience is what I appreciate the most at this location.
