This place was down right disgusting walking in. Employees just standing doing nothing and chit chatting away mean while there's trash all over the store, all over the drink /cafe area. Not to mention 5/6 drinks we attempted to get were out or tasted absolutely horrible. I understand being short staffed but employees standing around while other places are gross? Definitely not a way to run a store. I know the sodas are only 79 cents but the employees were no help when letting them know about the drinks, just got an attitude.

Sam's Club pharmacy is a joke. 3:00 appointment, got there at 2:55 - 3:25 still standing around. Pharmacist lies to me, tells me the system allows 3 appointments for the same time, and the folks had the same appointment as us. Maybe just the weekend, but never again.

Convenient location to shop and get gas. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes to get gas. I am even able to drive right up to a pump every now and then. The store itself is clean with plenty of associates to assist when needed. I go weekly for my salad ingredients and fruit. Great pricing on avocados, which are expensive in grocery stores. I often find surprise items from protein shakes to clothing. I appreciate the ready-made items as well. Had to host a last minute get together and used all Sam's Club items. It's less expensive than catering from a restaurant. I purchased my membership through a Groupon promotion. So I got a great deal.

I have been a member since 2007. I don't use the store anymore and was surprised when they charged my card for membership. I called to cancel the membership and they made it intentionally difficult. After two hours on the phone, they finally agreed to credit my account. Then they called back asking for my credit card number. After all that, they did not issue the credit.

My only complaint is long lines at the gas pumps. Otherwise, this huge store has it all and then some. We've had great luck buying bags of avocados here, always fresh and undamaged. Eggs are cheap and $5 rotisserie chickens are a great value and taste great! I prefer this store to Grayson Road but don't make it here as much unless nearby.

Lots of variety, great customer service. Terrible system of exiting as they scan one of your items to verify your receipt. I love their snack selection! Very happy that you can scan and go.

Store isn’t bad but there’s ALWAYS more employees standing around talking instead of actually working… today these 2 woman were standing there talking and laughing and ignoring customers while there were only 2 normal registers open with the type of long lines you’d expect at Walmart and the attitude they both got when an elderly couple asked them for assistance was absolutely disgusting… after seeing the way they treated an elderly customer I was half tempted to leave my cart with $680 worth of items in it and leave the store but I didn’t have time to run to Costco and unfortunately needed most of the items for last day of school goodie bags but I will not be shopping here anymore and will be canceling my membership. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR THE ATTITUDE THAT I WITNESSED TOWARDS A SENIOR CITIZEN JUST BECAUSE THESE TWO WOMAN WANT A PAYCHECK BUT VERY OBVIOUSLY DON’T WANT TO WORK FOR IT.

Gayle the women who scans your receipt when your leaving is a racist rude person, I’ve seen it first hand, she also shoved our cart into her stool in-front of my children and kept pushing it all because she was being rude and racist to the 3 women infront of us and we didn’t want to stand there and watch it. She’s a winner.

I am very happy with Sam's Club! I recently had knee surgery, and I had to use the little motorized cart to do my shopping! I must say I have never been more embarrassed in all my life since my knee surgery. I feel helpless. But all the employees at Sam's made me feel comfortable and important! When I got to an item that I needed and one of the employees was in that aisle, They asked me can I help you with that? I was a little shocked. But I thought that was really nice. It made me feel good to know that Sam's employees really do care about their customers! I even had one of the gentleman who picks up the carts out in the parking lot help me load my car! Now that's not his job, but he did it anyway! That is what customer service is all about, and that's what keeps me coming back to Sam's warehouse every week! Good job Sam's warehouse at hiring employees like this! This happened at the Sam's warehouse on Grayson Road! I just thought I should bring it to everyone's attention what great service I got there! Thanks again to the employees at this Sam's warehouse!

I do maintenance for different Sam's Clubs all over, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, New York, and Delaware and this is by far the nicest, well kept, friendliest one i have had the pleasure of visiting. You can tell that you take pride in how your store looks and there was a special pride in your employees. From the Manager to the cart guy, everyone was so polite and respectful.

I've been to other Sam's Club locations and I am happy that this home location is the least congested of all. It's always easy to find parking, and we almost never had to wait in line to find an open self-checkout register. This is particularly appreciated during the Pandemic when social distancing is paramount. Of course, I hope the location doesn't close for these very reasons. Also, it has the best pandemic provisions anywhere, with mobile handwashing stations in addition to wipes and hand sanitizer dispensers. That said, I find the selections lacking, compared to Costco, especially of ethnic food varieties. E.g. you can't get any of these which are offered at Costco: Japanese mochi ice cream, Chinese moon cakes, Taiwanese pineapple cakes, Vietnamese instant pho, Korean jerky, French chocolate crepes, Belgium Waffles, etc. Also, prices are not competitive for many items. For example, I was disappointed to learn that the 1 pound organic baby spring mix priced at $4.98 is actually the most expensive among Aldi, Wegman, and Costco. It does have the cheapest and most tasty 3 lb rotisserie chicken anywhere in the US. And so far, we've had great experience with its tire department. There had been multiple occasions when we had tire leaks repaired for free here. Stress free shopping experience is what I appreciate the most at this location.
