“I showed up to the UPS Store almost an hour after it had already closed and was sitting in my car trying to figure out what to do next. One of the employees came out, noticed me sitting there, and actually walked over to ask if I needed help. When I explained I was just trying to return a package, they offered to take it and make sure it got shipped out for me—even though the store was already closed! That level of kindness and customer service is rare these days, and I was so grateful. Huge thanks to the team here for going above and beyond!”

Even though he was extremely busy, he made sure to greet every single person that walked through the doors as well as to say goodbye. When they left he had recommendations. He looked up titles to make sure he had them or did not have just great customer service. I do recommend.”

“I’ve been to this UPS drop-off location before and don’t remember having any issues, but this time was frustrating. The sales rep entered my phone number into the system, and it kept saying it was invalid even though it’s definitely a valid number. Either their system needs to be updated or they need a better way to handle situations like this. My phone number shouldn’t be a problem.”
“Where is truck entrance for T Force? Is truck entrance clearly marked? 6060 comes up as main building, but I see several entrances at the rear for trucks. Where is Guard shack located? Called 717 number but get fast busy signal.”
