“Great full service operation.
I needed a deep scan of a precious document and file conversion.
They took great care and lots of time to make it perfect. Their fee was surprisingly nominal.”
“Ups in Cumberland parkway was amazing. They were very helpful, kind, they did there job very well check everything. Thankful for the lady and man that help us. She was very kind on phone while talking to my husband and was very helpful while in store. Thank you”
“I’ve been to this UPS drop-off location before and don’t remember having any issues, but this time was frustrating. The sales rep entered my phone number into the system, and it kept saying it was invalid even though it’s definitely a valid number. Either their system needs to be updated or they need a better way to handle situations like this. My phone number shouldn’t be a problem.”
“Very helpful and much cheaper than post office. Sales person done everything he could to help me out. Will definitely be coming every time I need to ship anything”
“Where is truck entrance for T Force? Is truck entrance clearly marked? 6060 comes up as main building, but I see several entrances at the rear for trucks. Where is Guard shack located? Called 717 number but get fast busy signal.”
