I ordered thro the drive thru at 1250 on 3/28 and the lady was very very rude. I will never come back here she was so unprofessional I can’t believe Starbucks allows employees like this young lady on the mic.

Today I ordered a Frappuccino and a pink drink on the app. When I got there to pick it up my drinks were not done and I was told they had NO ice. How do you run out of ice? I didn't get what I ordered and had to leave with 2 warm pink drinks! Normally when a store is out of something it tells you on the app and you can't even place your order!

Overall the experience was good. Two small issues, the straws are too short and drop below the domed lid on our frappuccinos and can't be reached without taking off the lid. Also, the music is just too loud for 8:00 am. Customer service was good.

Was a very relaxing atmosphere. I brought my sons in here to enjoy a decaf coffee. I don't normally like Starbucks. Personally think their coffee is quite bitter and gives off a very grainy after taste. This place actually wasn't bad. My coffee tasted really good. I enjoyed it very much, but ny sons was not to good. They still drank it thankfully. Lol the service is great. The lady at the register was absolutely sweet and patient with me while I was trying to find something to purchase.

I have been to this Starbucks a handful of times and I think every single time they get my order wrong. My last drink tasted like straight pumpkin spice. I ordered a white mocha! I don't think they properly clean after each drink. The last frapp I got had no coffee in it and the refresher tasted funny like it had pineapple in it. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to a different Starbucks. Update- nothing has changed. I ordered a shaken brown sugar expresso. It tasted like white mocha and wasn't even close to the right color. I guess they just aren't being trained properly.

So, this is going to be an interesting write up because what I end up saying about this location will be somewhat contradictory to my two star review. This was in reference to a Sunday afternoon visit around 1330, it was busy, it was somewhat a mess and the bathrooms were not up to par with the atmosphere that Starbucks normally provides. We decided to go in because of course the immensely long wait at the drive through.We ordered 4 drinks total and the register attendant told us it would not be a long wait but I didn't get my hopes up because the lobby was also quite the camp out. After about 20 minutes I decided to go up to the counter and ask her if the drinks were still in process of being made and one young lady, Meg (Meaghan, Megan, her name-tag said Meg so lets leave it at that) said that she was in the process of making one of my drinks and the three other Frappuccino's would be right out.She promptly made our Iced Tea and she handed off the Frappuccino cups to the separate counter where there was a group of 3 ladies making those types of drinks. Thinking that our other 3 drinks were not going to take long I decided to wait at the counter while other drinks were getting called out left and right as they were finished. One of the ladies picked up our cups and set them back down to discuss an issue that the window operator had with a drive through customer. 10-15 minutes went by and still nothing, empty cups, empty hopes and dreams.Meg noticed that we had been waiting around 30 minutes at this point for drinks and she decided to take action and go from her station and go to the frozen drinks section and make our drinks herself. She found the cups with our name labels and went to work, not before I caught her facial reaction to the other ladies just talking away while drinks were piling up on their station. Clearly Meg has noticed this type of behavior before and being a true team player decided to take the INITIATIVE and provide great customer service.Yes it was busy, yes customers can be a hassle, I tell you what though, Meg is the only reason why I would go back to this location. This young lady deserves recognition for her ability to take charge and provide excellent results. Yes it's just making drinks but if she can provide this kind of service at the lower levels of the Starbucks chain, imagine what kind of change she can make when she moves up the ranks.Everyone else should pay attention and take notes from her.

I am a local and have seen staff turnover but never have I experienced so much lack of customer service from most of the staff at this store. This used to be one of the best stores in the area. Now, I see the “same” trash and dirt from a three days ago! Some of the staff are extremely impersonal and feel as if they are forced to work here. To sad! Real bad for one or two of them who at least remember how to smile ?

today i was in the cafe and noticed one of the workers getting yelled at by another worker while other workers laughed at her. when i started to look at the other workers i saw name tags that were heidi and amber. i felt terrible that they embarrassed her in front of the whole store and it was honestly really unprofessional regardless of what she may have done.
