The customer service is top notch in this tmobile the team here goes out of there way every time to make sure you get exactly what you want and has no problem troubleshooting a problem for you and giving an explanation for the problem

Anthony deserves a raise! I was having issues with an online trade-in for 3 weeks. After talking with 3 different T Mobile employees (both in-store and online), Anthony was able to resolve my issue in a matter of minutes! After my call with *611, I was close to switching providers after being with Sprint/T Mobile for 10+ years. Anthony saved me as a customer. Highly recommend asking for Anthony--he'll take great care of you and make sure you leave happy with all of your concerns resolved.

The two guys that are working at the store tonight need to be retrained. They were the most unaccomdating staff working at that store. Couldn't even bother checking my phone to find out my network issue before saying I needed to pay for an upgrade on my Galaxy. The customer service center sent me to this store so they can investigate why my phone's network is having issues. And now I have to drive ALLL the way to Jonestown Road in Harrisburg to hit my phone issues resolved. Because these guys were to lazy to do their jobs.

Stopped by this store today, after spending 12 hours on the phone yesterday trying to upgrade/activate my new phone.Word of advice, just go to the store. :)However, Deja was beyond helpful in assisting me and fixing my issue I had with an esim. New phone is now up and working and couldn’t be happier. Thank you for all your help and making this outcome smoother! She was super helpful and kind after hearing my whole meltdown lol You have an asset on your team! Thanks again :)

The sales team was very knowledgeable and super friendly! We were able to address all our T-Mobile needs in store and also received local recommendations! In being new to the area, we were so appreciative!! The store and its staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed ! Would definitely recommend!

Worst customer service in the history of service ever.6-22-22 Sam orders replacement phone covered under warranty...Im told next day air.6-27-22 Go in to see if phone has arrived Josh tells me no, phone has not shipped.7-12-22 Still do not have a phone.Do not recommend.

Worst service I've ever had and am being charged $100 more than told and they won't fix the problem. Use anyone else, if Mickey mouse had a mobile service it would be better. Save your money and get 2 cans on strings, more reliable

Terrible experience. Rep at the store was wrong with everything he signed me up for. I was told I would receive more cash back for my trade-ins than I actually received. Now I am stuck with payments for 2 years.
