I would prefer a zero rating. Just try to get a delivery and when you do from the third party the appliance is broken 2x. Gets better. Then try to get your credit. Never again. Lowe's from now on after spending thousands at HD last few years

Wow. Literally had to download Yelp so that I could write a review, which is something I never do, I understand people make mistakes so never thought about blasting a business but I've never been so upset about customer service before as I was today at this specific Home Depot location. My husband and I went in to purchase patio pavers because we are making our own patio. We needed close to 60 of them and instead of taking them all off the pallet (they are heavy stone not the small brick ones) we asked an associate named Steven if someone could just get the fork lift they had near the pallets and help us take it to the car so we didn't have to load all 60 of the heavy stones ourselves on the cart with wheels because one it would take forever , two it is strenuous and possibly a liability for them and three they were on a pallet and could easily be taken by the forklift. Steven had an attitude did not acknowledge us at first then said "why don't you just load it yourselves that's what other people do" and I'm thinking to myself yeah maybe when you need like 10 of them but again we are making a patio and need a whole pallet of them. So again I said, "they are heavy and we need a lot of them , so it would be nice if we could have you guys get the pallet with the fork lift" he said he wasn't certified so he had to call other guys. We were like that's fine. So he was on the walky talky with the other guys and was like "they supposedly need the whole pallet" which it wasn't supposedly, we did and then he snidely said "well you need to pay for this before we do this" I'm like ok and took a picture of the barcode and we needed to get 3 more supplies which we went to grab . While I was getting the supplies 3 isles down the two other guys came walking up bitching that "why don't they just lift them theirselves". My husband heard them bitching too so we went over and told them to forget it. Meanwhile the Steven guy is the one in the forklift when he said he wasn't certified to do it in the first place. Like this was the worst service I've ever had. What's the point of having workers if they don't want to help you with heavy things and just want to stand around doing nothing collecting benefits and a paycheck. I like Home Depot but will never return to this location.

My washer/dryer was delivered today, the delivery guys bent/cracked my discharge tube and when the washer drained leaked water all in my house called to complain one customer service rep actually said "im not paying for anything" how does this woman even have a job! It was like pulling teeth to get a plumber from them out to fix the damage they caused and they didnt even offer any discount or refund! Have been a loyal hd customer for years but not anymore

HD warranty program is a joke. They told me I had a confirmed appointment for today, April 21, 2021 from 8-4. I call this morning to try and get a more specific time and after 22 minutes on hold, I was told that I don't have an appt today, I have an appt for Monday April 26th, 8-4. I spent 3 hours calling Home Depot the. LG then First Appliance and Repair and everyone says they're sorry and this "happens all the time" yet no one gives enough of a crap about the customer to change it. Wake up people. They don't care about you or me, only their dollars.

I would give zero stars if I could. We spent $6,000-$7,000 on LG appliances. Dishwasher goes down under our warranty and we're told oh this is emergency item we will have someone out there in two days between 8am-4pm and someone will call you tomorrow with a more specific time. Tomorrow comes and no call. The day of the appointment comes still no call. Called Home Depot and get a run around that this is a problem we have had many times before. Apparently, it's a known problem that nobody cares to fix. So now we have to wait a 7 more days for a repair person to come out because nobody knows what happened to our original appointment and nobody is willing to make this right. Mind you we had to do all the calling around and all the leg work. Home Depot was ZERO a help. Actually, Hime Depot was basically useless. Mind you my wife took off from work too. Don't buy their warranties because they are absolute garbage. Never again will I give my hard earned money to this company. Lowe's it is from here on out.

I usually don't rate Hardware stores but I find everything I need at Home Depot! Especially the little items like Lawn Mower Blades the right spark plugs and filters small tools and accessories! I am a handyman by necessity not by want so it is always helpful to talk to people who know and you can usually find somewhere there in the aisles to help you or they will get someone who can!

July 6th 2020. This store is not requiring masks to be worn by customers. I entered the store wearing a mask, noticed several clients not wearing masks and asked an employee wearing a mask if they were required and she said ‘no, we don’t require our clients to wear a mask!’ The Governor has mandated that masks be worn when outside of the home. Non compliance is a danger to our community. I won’t shop here any longer.

Today I was in your store in Mechanicsburg, Pa when I witnessed a really nice Hispanic lady ask one of your employees for help with something in the pest section that she was having a hard time finding. Rather then employee assisting her with good customer service he pointed at all the pest control supplies and said over there as she attempted so hard to explain to him what she was looking for and that she needed help he blatantly ignored her request for help pointed at the pest control stuff as if she wasn't already looking and walked away. I felt so awful for her that your employee was so rude to her need for help and it wasn't as if he was bombarded by customers he was simply just walking around. So I simply walked over to her and said what are you looking for let me help you, she was so joyed to simply have someone who gave a care enough to help her that myself and my other half helped her comb thru all the pest products to see if we could find what she was looking for which we couldn't so my other half pulled out his phone and we found exactly what she was looking for online told her how to find it and she was going to order it when she got home. I dont even work for your company but that there was the kind of customer service she should have been given and its awful that all she needed was a little bit of help and she got treated by your employee like she didn't even matter. I also told her that she may want to try your neighbor Lowes where she may find it and someone may be more willing to help her to which she said she would check also knowing that if she didn't find it she could order online. Whats even worse is when she realized we were going to help her she admitted she felt like your employee didn't want to help. She left your store happy but not because your employee made any effort to make her feel that way. I was not going to say anything but has bothered me all day the way she was treated and I feel all your customers should know what to expect when shopping at your store.

My fiancé and I are in the process of buying a home. Along with buying the home we also have to purchase all new appliances. Home Depot had great appliance deals for Memorial Day , lasting through June 3. On May 27th I placed an order for an entire kitchen bundle along with a washer and dryer set. This Home Depot is a mess and there are never any staff members around to help. The ones that are don't seem to have a clue which doesn't help anything. Lowe's up the street will give you much better service and less of a headache. Take my advice and skip this stop.

Under impressed with the staff....had to go in to cancel a removal fee I pre paid for a dishwasher because heavens knows no one answers a phone here...stood at the appliance desk for 10 minutes waiting to see a soul to help me. Today is delivery day of said dishwasher and they gave a window of 1030a-2pm and just called at 130pm saying the window has changed now to 12p-4p.....I supposed Home Depot thinks people have no other things to tend to other than wait At home ALL day for their super poor time management.....lesson learned: shop small for hardware and avoid these big box stores whenever possible
