USPS is stealing my packages I am missing 5 packages that said delivered 2 of which I use USPS packages tracker on. It said delivered but it was never delivered.

I've used this post office for years to ship many packages. I've never had issues aside from a few slightly delayed items. The staff are typically very friendly.

They left me with no choice other then giving them one star, every time I order a package the delivery man never give my package to someone else or they lose my package like give me a break just cuz u work for government that dose not mean u don’t do u r damn job right please please read the damn apartment number and deliver it to the right apartment this morning they delivered my package and took a pic which I don’t even know where did he left my package and don’t even know where is that address place is the pic I post below that’s not my place I don’t know who they give package to thank u a lot of money since they don’t know there damn job

They fail at life. I had a very important piece of mail I'm expecting that was supposed to be here. Nobody bothered showing up. These people need a new job they know how to do and get their crap together. It's not even a holiday. There's no excuse for not delivering the mail.

Under 0 circumstance’s should you ship anything USPS. They are incompetent and will lose and delay your package. Zero customer service to call and help. Had a package sent to my business and got a message “ could not deliver because business was closed” of course my business wasn’t closed, largest auto group in central pa and it was 3pm. Next day no tracking. What a joke, employees should be replaced !!!

No star deserved here. The absolute worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with. They deliver my mail incorrectly way too often, and will not make any effort to help correct their mistakes. Employees have piss poor attitudes, and the manager of the week is useless. Don’t bother calling for assistance, they don’t answer the phone. Just a heads up for what your in for, never changes…

Got the job done but there's an older white guy who's been in there every time I've gone in and i don't know if he doesn't like women or just young women or just me but his attitude is always piss poor no matter how nice I am. Just makes going here a drag.

Changed my review from 1 star (no one answered the first time I called) to 5 stars because of Cory. I was upset when I called back, but I felt myself calm down when I heard his warm, professional voice. He was kind and thorough. He located my package, identified next steps, and set up delivery for today!

If I could give negative stars I would. Called because a package I received had been tampered with and the items inside were missing. When I called about it the guy said that it "sometimes happens". So I guess items just randomly disappear from inside envelopes now. Did not give me any information on how to contact the sorting center in Harrisburg since that is where the package apparently "lost weight". Tampering with mail is a federal offense...

Worst post office in the whole entire country provided specific delivery instructions and were completely ignored. And when the package was supposed to be delivered the mail van didn't even deliver the package just drove and went away without delivery the package
