I really don't understand..... I took my bike there and got an estimate for 8 things. $600 in labor and $200 in parts. I said no, I wanted to do some of the labor myself cause I don't have that money. I JUST bought the bike.
I said they could do 3-4 of the things. It took them two months to fix it. Any update I got was because I called. Every time I did, it was oh it should be done in a few days or next week. I tried to be the most patient I could be....
I finally got my bike two weeks ago. One of the things fixed was the wiring for the turn signals. Well once I got it back, my blinker was STILL blinking fast so I took it back which they fixed. Additionally, they decided not to replace the bulb in the dash board? I guess this wasn't considered to be included in the fixing for the rest of the turn signal issue? Whatever. I digress.....
They also said I was having a problem with my clutch perch or something....they didn't have a replacement part so they just cleaned it? It needed replacement because my turn signal switch was sticking and not working properly. Well I opened it ..and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the bike was made in 85. The problem was still present since I got the bike back.
So I took it upon myself to clean it with WD40 and contact cleaner and remove the gunk in there and now it works.
I've been severely disappointed through this whole ordeal. Communication is key and even if this stuff was probably communicated I'd be a little more understand but my experience has been an incredible low.

Limited motorcycle stock on hand. Lots of gear with good prices. The place is small. Service check-in could be (much) better as only one person is checking in bikes, the other is there to run register.
The staffer showing rides is energetic and looking to answer your questions. He is very helpful.

They want to make me believe that to fix the license plate light n the high bean bulb indicator will cost $144.00 took me ten minutes to fixed myself n cost me $7.00 for two bulb #194 . Now I gonna start working in the others part they mentioned to pass inspection but for the first two things I already know this people are scamming those customers that have not idea how to change a bulb . Wonder how many other practices of this kind this guy are doing but one think I got clear there is not honesty in this shop .
