Went to this store yesterday to get issues with my billing fixed and was told to call customer service to get it resolved! I called customer service and got the run around with them also. Tired of using your damn automated system, no customer support for people who don't want to do everything through the internet. Completely done with your service!

Horrible store that does not follow policy. They allowed a $700 iWatch to be charged to my account after overriding their own store policies to prevent fraudulent activity. Then they refused to provide any information on who the person was that took the item.

I'm not pleased with Verizon, but show me a large corporation that cares about the people who buy it's services these days and I'll show you my jaw on the floor.However, I did have to come to this location to make a transaction of sorts and was helped by Andrew Velkoff. Let's just say that if his customer service was not 5 star, I would have left annoyed and Verizon would have had a much larger issue on their hands than they already did.I hope Andrew is appropriately rewarded not only for the great customer service to me, but the service I am sure he provides to many.

Sam was very helpful and got me taken care of all while keeping the little one entertained. Will be coming here for my next phone as it was a better experience than ordering online. Ask for Sam!

Long story short, we paid for a new phone set up but they couldn’t complete it for us in the store. After attempting to do it on our own at home (without being refunded for paying for the service), the actual phone service didn’t transfer to the new phone. When you called, it would go straight to voicemail. We then went back to this store to ask for help only to be told they were closing an hour early but would still be open for an hour. After turning us away, we had to call directly to a Verizon call center for help. The store has rude staff that are not helpful at all.

I took my girlfriend here to buy an iPad and Sam helped us out. He made the process very easy and understanding, he was HILARIOUS and has us laughing the whole time, Sam is an amazing person and worker, if I ever need to go to a Verizon store I will be sure to come to this one every time and always ask for Sam.

The store manager there was very unfriendly and could not help us with a simple situation. After a lot of wasted time, we found out that she could have helped us and supported us through a device return.TL;DRMy Airbnb assistant needed to return a gateway device and we had everything set according to a Verizon Customer Service Rep online. We specifically selected this store and made an appointment. She refused to work with customer service online to rectify the situation. She could have been a lot more helpful and a lot more supportive by helping us walk through the process. She could have even offered to accept the gateway and send it back with the label and box that could have been sent to that store. The idea of reasonable assistance -- even with the high tech lanes and triple security situations for such a simple gateway device -- could have been easily addressed. I would try to avoid this store for anything and I would advise the store management to please take down the option to return devices. That option is misleading and made it difficult for her to defend. Even so, she could have acknowledged that and helped us through the process. After she would have helped us with this simple issue, there was plenty of room for a lot more business from mobile phone service, Internet service, and by just being a good brand ambassador for Verizon, more opportunities could be possible. Instead, who would want to go with Verizon when the store managers of a corporate store cannot even address a simple issue? There was a way but she was not skilled enough to manage the situation. That is why we went to this store as recommended by the online support. When we called the regular support, the representative apologized to us and stated that the information we got about the return was misleading and that the return label and box could be sent anywhere. That means including that store!!! She could have said, "I'm sorry, let's just get online and take of this," but she turned us away and would not even support us through a call with her own company's support. I hope this review helps her and the store improve for others. I even gave her the opportunity to help us before writing this review but I assume she just did not care. I asked her if she wanted to get a 1-star review for this situation and she said there was nothing she could do. That is absurd in my opinion. I would also be happy to take down this review if management (at a higher level than her) reached out with some goodwill and provided me with knowledge that this person made a mistake and that it will be addressed for future customers. Otherwise, I say ATT, Xfinity, T-Mobile or any other provider is a better choice.

This is the BEST Verizon Wireless store in the area! Recently I had the opportunity to help my mom get her new cell phone. We were randomly assigned a Specialist named Mike. He is super great! He is the nicest, most respectful and thorough service agents I’ve ever encountered! He helped my mom understand her new phone and updated plan with ease and didn’t pressure her into anything she didn’t need. I highly recommend working with him. When I am due for a new phone, I’ll be heading to this store and asking for Mike.I felt so compelled to share our experience with Mike that I emailed the general manager of the store. I wanted to make sure Mike gets the recognition he deserves for being so good at his job. However, I never heard back from his manager after emailing him. I really hope Mike knows how appreciated his hard work and kindness were to my mom and I! He truly went above and beyond to help my mom.

Not happy with my last visit at Verizon. I wanted to get just Internet at my son's apt and they couldn't answer our questions and said someone would call us back, and never did! I went back the following day and technician could not come and hook up service for 2 weeks. I was surprised because we have our cellular service with them for 20+ years. I went to Xfinity and got it that day.

Waited in queue for 45 minutes only to be told it was going to be another 45 until they could get to me. 3 "specialists" standing together talking, had to interrupt their conversation to get an answer. Nice to be greeted with eye rolls. I won't be back to this location. Zero stars for wasting my time.
