Most professional pharmacy I've ever been to. They even have ASL transcribers. I'm moving on after my next prescription, as this is too far of a drive. Recommended.

Wegmans ... I was hoping through the years an Wegmans would find itself to the East side of the river. Shopping there I find to be an special treat. Wegmans has items not found at other supermarkets - I'm sure your customers know this and also take an longer drive, as I do, just for the Wegmans experience. My 'new' wish ... the people working behind the Cold Cut counter would/should understand: cold cuts, some, like salami, soppressata. etc NEED to be sliced thinly. It's all about the chew - an, if I can call it, an al dente for cold cuts. Those of us that know the difference are not asking "slice it thin please" to make you work harder. Maybe an auto slicer would be an good investment - after all you are doing the volume to justify it. By the way pre-slicing cold cuts increases the start of bacteria shortening the 'shelf life' of the product.

Today I picked up a six pack of Heineken non alcoholic beer ..... Had to show my id because of store policy even though this product is like ginger ale . My policy is to not play stupid woke games with supermarkets . By the way , I am a young looking 81 years , but not under 21 . This was my last trip to Wegmans after six years .

Way better than any Walmart or Target. I just wish the food they made wasn't so bland Since they sell so many wonderful international items. Tried the Togo spaghetti, chicken, etc. was lacking flavor...

Wegmans Pharmacy can get some of my prescriptions that other nationally known brands can't seem to source. The Pharmacists are good and go the extra mile to let you know about anything important that may have changed with your prescriptions. Overall very satisfied with the services they provide.

They have an alcohol section with a cash register that's often closed. So they force you to the front registers to purchase alcohol and groceries and they put the two slowest cashiers in the world working there. Meanwhile, back in the alcohol section, there'l are two employees gabbing away by the register with a closed sign on it. Lousy customer service. This isn't the first time this is happened.

They have a pretty astounding variety of wines and beers. I have a thing for PNW wines specifically from the Willamette Valley and they have several! They also have a good selection of local wines. I love beer but I can only drink the gluten-free ones, they have a few but I'd love to see a wider selection. The prices are a bit above the norm, but the convenience of being able to buy wine in the supermarket is unbeatable. Too bad liquors aren't allowed!

THIS REVIEW IS FOR TAKE OUT FOODI have no idea how this place is always so busy. I got vegetable low mien and some spicy general tso's chicken and it was the most awful flavorless crap ever. There is no way anyone can vouch for it being good. And it's incredibly expensive. $10 for 11 oz of absolute trash. I've had it years ago, thought it was pretty bad, was hoping it was different now... Nope.

I have been shopping at the Wegman's in Mechanicsburg for the past three years, despite the fact that it is a half hour drive from my home. Today I as I entered the store I noticed a woman in the produce department not wearing a facemask. I asked a clerk standing near me if facemasks are not a requirement and she told me that the store can request customers to wear masks but not require it. Leaving the store I overheard an elderly gentleman ask a young woman where her facemask was. She merely smirked at him. I made the decision that maybe the half hour drive is no longer worth it to me, as stores much closer to my home are enforcing "No shirt, no shoes, no mask, no service." I have contacted the State Health Department for clarification of the guidelines and am awaiting their response, but until the pandemic is under control I choose not to allow others to jeopardize my health.

Don't get me wrong, the staff are very friendly, the store is super clean and organized. I am giving this store 2 stars because nearly everything is way over priced. The deli food looks good, but I can buy most of what they have from other grocery store delis for the same quality, and half the price. They charge $8 for 5 hotwings. I can get 12 even better hotwings from a pizza shop for $4-7. You might as well call this store "Rich People Only"

I typically love going to Wegmans. It's usually my favorite store to go but during the pandemic I have been very disappointed. Sadly, I won't be able to be a loyal customer until after this pandemic ends. Management doesn't keep 6 ft apart from the customers or each other. There isn't really much order. No one knows where to line up when checking out. There is no order. I appreciate the sanitizer but I feel the least safe in Wegmans which is sad to say cause it used to be my favorite grocery store. I definitely do not feel safe there. Sadly, I will have to shop elsewhere during this time.
