I read all of the negative comments and saw that they were from 12 months ago to 2 months ago. I spoke with the new Pharmacist, Tom, and he told me that during that period the 2 Pharmacists they had quit and took all the tech staff with them. I get feeling upset at having familiar face help you to having a few strangers helping you. The customers I observed while I was here though, all seemed very pleased. The service I received was friendly, courteous, and fast. I hope everyone who wrote negative reviews comes back to give this store another chance.The only negatives I have, or that Google maps and Apple Maps places the store location across the street at the Arby's, which has nothing to do with the store itself and that the bathrooms were less than satisfactory in my opinion. A note for future customers, though the pharmacy closes at seven every evening, and due to the loss of business, they are closed on the weekends. Everything else was top notch.

You are supposed to be able to pick up your prescription till 6 o'clock their drive-through is closed. You have to come in the store and wait in a long line. I came at 5:15 and they had a cart blocking the line and they said you couldn't get in the line and get your prescription. You have to wait till the next day and I was out but they would've been there all night if they wouldn't have closed a line. Whatever problem they're having is not the customers fault and I had to go without my prescription that evening.

Extremely rude and kept telling me the wrong information. I was trying to get a tb shot for clearance to volunteer at my daughter's field trip. My first phone call to Rite Aid I had asked if they administer tb shots, they said no but we can order it. Ok, please order it for me. I made an appointment a day later, arrived for my shot and was told they're too busy. Come back tomorrow. Ok, I come back a day later and I'm told very rudely that there is no tb shot. Go somewhere else. I wasted three days trying to get this shot when they could have saved me a lot of grief if anyone knew what was going on. In the end I went to urgent care for the shot! What a waste of time! And so rude to customers!!!!
