came in to the store to exchange my S24plus for flip 6, would not have happened if it were not for PEACE working! He saved the day and assisted a new employee to help me complete the exchange. he was very professional, knowledgeable and seems like a valuable employee. i really enjoyed talking with him and hope he is working if i ever have an issue. give him a raise asap!

always had to go in and pay our bill due to an account problem, customer service couldn’t help us out when we’d call, and when we’d come in nobody would be able to figure it out but Phil took the time to help us out today and get everything setup, and now there’s no issue. Thank you for the great service today Phil!

Sorry for the long review however I hope it helps one person to know how this location works. I thought switching from Verizon to save a few dollars was a good idea, I was very wrong. I went to this store to simply return an iPhone I purchased two days prior and to return my account the way it was with one line and the other free for 1 year. Here is where the problem comes in. They have no management or salesales people on staff that understands how to address a simple return request. The sales professionals were extremely rude and became confrontational. They informed me I had to bring back a device to add to the line to make the return work. I had to run back and forth three times from my house to this store with an imei number becuase they kept telling me it was an incompatiable phone, all samsungs by the way. When I simply wanted to put the phone back on the account I originally had on the account they informed me it's not compatible. Not compatible it's the same device I had on the account 1 week prior. Bottom line they screwed up so badly I had to ship the phone back to corporate just for them to issue me a credit back and return the phone. I still have not heard from corporate, have not got my money back, and now my original promotion I had with two lines and one free for a year for 30 dollars a month now turned into closing the promotion line and only keeping one line open and jacking my bill up to 50 a month. All this because of a simple return request that they had no idea how to handle. There response to me, we are new at this and we just really started handling cellular service. They need management and sales professionals who are just that professionals and experienced in this field.

I had a wonderful experience with Wilber Gordon. He was such a big help. I am a 70 year old man who needed help by getting Wi-Fi hooked up to my smart TV. This is my first smart TV. This stuff is all new to me. He was so patient with me and my wife. He answered all of our questions He took his time with us He has the right personality for customer service. Promote him He needs to be a supervisor/ manager. Thanks again Wilber.I wish I could give you 10 stars.

We switched from Verizon to xfinity in December. Knowing we were leaving for Mexico the following week I confirmed with the sales rep that there would be no charges for using our phones out of the country. He informed us that there would be no charges for using our phones while in Mexico. Come to find out they charged us $100 for one day because we didn’t have some kind of global pass and then after we got the global pass they charged us $5 a day for each phone. They refuse to refund the $100 for the first day even though in the customer service chat they said they would. Went into the store to resolve this issue and they couldn’t do anything to help they said to call customer service. Your sales rep was kind while switching phone carriers but not fully educated on what is included with the service plan. We will be paying off our phones and switching back to Verizon.

Not satisfied at all with my billing! I was on a by the gig plan when I asked to me put on unlimited even called in to get switch and was written off. I call and they say they can’t find the call where I wanted to switch but I called yesterday which was a lie…. just so they could get more money out of me I’m leaving and y’all deserve 0 stars for lying and manipulating y’all records beware of them
