Mike was super helpful. He understood my needs and understood that the equipment that he had wasn’t enough for my job. He even helped me find another place and even set it up for me. Highly recommend!!!

While the rental van was ready upon pickup, it had a low tire pressure warning. When I told the manager before leaving, he told to take it to a gas station to fill it up. He said he did not have another van and it would likely be fine if I did not get air. I told him I needed to drive 300 miles and it was dangerous. He didn’t seem to care. So I went and filled the tire-drove out of my way to do it and needed assistance from the gas station. While driving the van I found trash in it from another renter. Long and short, this U-Haul does not maintain vehicles. When I told the manager I was disappointed, he said nothing. I reviewed U-Haul and messaged them-nothing. Poor customer service if you ask me.

We have been using a storage depot to store our things for years. Mike has always been there with a helpful hand and a friendly smile. Recently, we had a long distance move from Pennsylvania to Ohio. Mike was instrumental in helping us get everything set up and helped our move. Go smoothly. I am eternally grateful for his help over the years and for smoothing out my move. My only regret is that we moved to Ohio, and a storage depot isn’t here.

Not happy at all with Storage Depot Aston.. Gentleman charged my son another full day when he brought it back at 4PM and said it was an hour late so he charged him another full day.. he called my son around 3PM and asked him when he was bringing it back.. We were still unloading furniture at the new location in Delaware because the landlord told us we couldn’t move in until 1 PM.. when the Storage Depot Rep called.. I know for a fact I WILL NEVER RENT A UHAUL FROM STORAGE DEPOT.. where is the understanding reps anymore..
