Ok so was quick to give a bad review about my experience at a different AT&T store, the 778 W. Sproul Rd., Springfield, PA, which was so horrible this past Sunday. Now this AT&T store, which is actually closer to me, was a completely different experience. A representative named Jordan at this store was actually pleasant and helpful, unlike the people at 778 W. Sproul Rd. who are there to try to take advantage of you with purposefully deceptive sale practices. He was able to help us undo and correct the nightmare that 778 Sproul Rd. had created for us. Jordan and another rep there, a female who I wish I remembered her name, were extremely knowledgeable and understanding. They restored our faith in AT&T as a business and our service provider. Thank you so much to Jordan he provided excellent customer service and exceeded our expectations. We will be doing all of our business there in the future!

Jaret was incredible. He made making the switch to AT&T painless! He helped me upgrade my phone and transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone. I highly recommend this store and AT&T as a whole for all your wireless needs! I’ve been to a few AT&Ts in the past couple weeks to ask questions about switching from T-Mobile to AT&T and this is the only store that didn’t just make me feel like a number. They actually sat down, talked through all the options with me and got my bill with AT&T to be 1/3 of what I was paying with TMobile. This is including four brand new s25+!

Jaret was incredible to work with and made the experience of switching my cell phone service from another company to AT&T very quick, pleasant and easy! Great customer service! I had to get a new phone and switch from my old carrier and I was in the store less than 30 minutes overall and walked out with everything I needed!
