Went to sort out a few things as I couldn't log into my account. Mike was super efficient and very patient. Really good experience. Lovely staff who go out of their way to help.

I encountered an issue with cashing a check from this bank. The teller, Janet, used finance jargon that I did not understand. When I asked her to clarify the issue in terms that I could understand (since I do not work at a bank) , Janet was condescending and dismissive when explaining “exactly what I just said”, yet still not clarifying or explaining the issue. She offered me no solution or any alternatives to getting my check cashed. She simply returned my check and ID and said “No, we can’t cash it”. An additional concern was that another teller (name unknown, but not a bank manager) came over to me and asked “if you don’t mind , what is the check for” which is not standard policy nor is it customary practice. In fact, it was invasive. The whole experience was embarrassing, as the tellers behavior and tone towards me suggested that they believed I had stolen the check after profiling me (even though I showed them two forms of ID and explained that they could review the account the check was written from and see that the same amount of money is disbursed to me at the same time each month. I also called the account holder/check writer). They only cashed my check for me after I (as well as the account holder/check writer whom i called) repeatedly insisted they call the account holder to verify. I also want to add that the bank manager was not busy and yet observed this interaction from the very beginning and never once came over to help explain or assist with the issue.Prior to this interaction, I had considered opening an account here since this is the bank that my employment checks are written from. I will not be spending any money to cash any more checks at this location, and I certainly will not be opening an account here.

I had a bit of a complicated issue and Mike Czelecz, relationship banker helped me over the phone and when I came to the branch the same day, he took care of my pe and really saved a lot of time. I recommend you ask for him if you any assistance. He is what good service is supposed to be! Thanks Mike.

They were helpful, kind, and properly processed our request so everything I’d expect from a bank really. I wish they had more after work hours for appointments, but eh it’s ok.

I've been with this bank since July 2019. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. However, lately I've been having problems with the ATM. This is the 4th time now in the span of 1 or so months that I've had to either deposit a check, cash, or both and been met with an atm that is not working. Either the deposit option is "temporarily unavailable" or the ATM all together is just broken for lack of a better word. 1st and second time is understanding, but 4 is too much. Bank of America should invest more resources into fixing their ATM so that other costumers don't have to come across with the inconvenience of walking or driving up to the bank to make a quick deposit and are met with an ineffective machine. As of today, January 19th 2020 the ATM is still broken.

Went Wednesday afternoon. Michelle did everything right. Even though I was not able to get a temporary card because of my missing ID, she checked to make sure there wasn't something they could do. She then told me the easiest alternative and gave me information I didn't know before.

Aweful!!! I was not going to give them any star, but there wasn't any other way to write this review. I live in SLC, UT. The bank doesn't have any office here, which is ok; at least they have and ATM at the Trolley Square Mall, which I normally use. I went there to try to withdraw money today, but it was running out of cash. I called CS, and held for over an hour to speak with a Rep, who told me there's nothing she could do. I asked, there should be a way to send a message or request to the vendor to let them know about the cash issue. She insisted she could not do anything. She put me on hold a couple of times and then she stated she was going to transfer me to somebody else who could assist me. She ended up just dropping the call to the Fraud Department! I waited for about 10 more minutes to speak with somebody else to tell me what department I was speaking with. Completely unacceptable! A waste of time, and REALLY POOR Customer Service!! Would you open an account with a Financial Institution that offers you this type of service? I don't think so. Good business is ultimately defined by good and strong Customer Service. I'm not upset anymore, but just glad I could share this with you so it helps you figure out where to put your money and which financial institution is not with to do business with. Thank you. Jl.
