I have had Bevan's candy given to me as gift before and it was delicious. Decided to visit the shop and pick up some candy. I entered the shop and there were 2 customers waiting in front of me. Several more customers entered behind me who appeared to be regulars as they were greeted by name by the store staff. These customers proceeded to step in front of me and were waited on.I left without any purchase and will never go back. The regular customers were obviously "entitiled" and the shop staff did not seem to care that they were losing a customer as they never even acknowledged me when I came into the shop. I never leave reviews but this was simply horrible customer service.

My wife is a bit of a chocolate snob, and she loves this place. She said it is some of the best chocolate she's ever had in her entire life. The service is fantastic and the atmosphere is 100% awesome. I've been here several times and never had to wait more than a few minutes, which worked out perfect while I tried to make up my mind for something that would please my wife. If you like chocolate and you're in the area, you absolutely have to stop by here

First time came here looking for a birthday treat for my nephew who loves candy and chocolates, got a box of fancy chocolate truffles (he loves it), i look around and end up getting treats for myself and my husband. So far I tried milk chocolate, pumpkin almonds, chocolate covered graham, turtles, pumpkin coffee beans, none of them dissapoint me, im picky bout my chocolate, and i would say this place is my favorite one yet. Will be back, definitely.
