“I had no issues with the last two rentals but credit to Tina who is excellent and a pleasure to deal with. I am sad to see she will be leaving this location for another but overall my vehicle was ready for pickup had a full tank of go go juice and I was never given an attitude. “I had such a wonderful experience at this Budget location! I rented my original car in Maryland, and during my trip the “Change Oil Soon” light started flashing. I was worried about driving it home and stopped in on the off chance they might be able to help.
The team was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating. Even though this was a last-minute request and I hadn’t rented from their location, they worked everything out for me and got me into another vehicle so I could get home safely. They made what could have been a stressful situation completely painless.
What really stood out was how genuinely friendly everyone was. It didn’t feel like dealing with a big corporate rental company, it felt like walking into a neighborhood business where people actually cared about helping you. They turned a frustrating day into a genuinely positive experience, and I even found myself laughing with the staff.”

“Simple process from reservation to pickup. I had to extend my reservation multiple times while I was waiting for my personal vehicle to be repaired. Staff made the extension process very simple. Everyone I encountered at this location was friendly and professional. If needed I would definitely rent from this location again.”

So, let me just say that I usually book online but if there are any questions, I know that I can reach out to either one for the assistance that I need. More often than not though, my experience is seamless and painless. Will always return to this location!”
“The folks over at this location were fantastic in cleaning up the mess from another budget rental location on Baltimore pike. Long story short, the Baltimore pike location never notified me of a change in where to pick up my rental truck, never forwarded the reservation on to the Folcroft location (even though the day prior they said they would, and the folks over at the Folcroft location were left to clean up the situation. Thankfully, they ran through everything with me and got me out the door in a decent amount of time considering the circumstance.”

“I could NOT be happier w/ my experience! Found out late Sunday (Christmas) that my car wouldn't be available for a trip down south the next day. Jumped on Priceline and found an amazing rental offer from this company; reserved a car, paid and went down Monday morning to pick up rental car. Sue greeted me the minute I walked in (and considering it was the day after Christmas it was a welcome surprise to see a friendly face). The transaction was so quick, I was barely there for 15 mins; from the minute I walked in, Sue asked for the car to be brought around, she had all the forms ready, swiped my card and off we went! Car couldn't be cleaner, newer or nicer - truly appreciated the fact that the car was reliable and I didn't have to worry about my trip. Thankfully the return of the car was just as good! Returned mid-afternoon on New Year's day and Wanda (I think that was her name) was just as kind and pleasant as Sue! I can't WAIT to go on another trip and use Payless!”
