“Enterprise picked me up at the repair shop when I dropped off my car, provided me a vehicle, and had me on the road within 10 minutes. When I had an issue with a tire on the car, I called and in a few hours they were able to provide me with a replacement car for the remainder of my rental time. When dropping off the car, I was able to leave it at the repair shop and just drive my own car home instead of having to go to Enterprise and be driven to the shop. I'd rent from here again in a heartbeat.”

“I could NOT be happier w/ my experience! Found out late Sunday (Christmas) that my car wouldn't be available for a trip down south the next day. Jumped on Priceline and found an amazing rental offer from this company; reserved a car, paid and went down Monday morning to pick up rental car. Sue greeted me the minute I walked in (and considering it was the day after Christmas it was a welcome surprise to see a friendly face). The transaction was so quick, I was barely there for 15 mins; from the minute I walked in, Sue asked for the car to be brought around, she had all the forms ready, swiped my card and off we went! Car couldn't be cleaner, newer or nicer - truly appreciated the fact that the car was reliable and I didn't have to worry about my trip. Thankfully the return of the car was just as good! Returned mid-afternoon on New Year's day and Wanda (I think that was her name) was just as kind and pleasant as Sue! I can't WAIT to go on another trip and use Payless!”

“The folks over at this location were fantastic in cleaning up the mess from another budget rental location on Baltimore pike. Long story short, the Baltimore pike location never notified me of a change in where to pick up my rental truck, never forwarded the reservation on to the Folcroft location (even though the day prior they said they would, and the folks over at the Folcroft location were left to clean up the situation. Thankfully, they ran through everything with me and got me out the door in a decent amount of time considering the circumstance.”

“This is the BEST AVIS car rental experience I have had in a long time; and it is fully because Ed at this AVIS/Budget location created such a fantastic rental experience. I felt safe; because, he wore a mask, had hand sanitizer available, and the car was clean. I had been growing increasingly jaded by AVIS of late, but Ed, at this MacDade location, has restored my loyalty in Avis. I wholeheartedly recommend this Avis location and will certainly return for another rental experience.”

“A month prior to my flight I booked a seven person SUV because we had lots of people and luggage in our party. The reservation didn't seem to matter. When I arrived at the airport 3/14/ 24 and went to the space where it is supposed to hold my suburban with all my people and luggage, I found a two-door Wrangler. Nice job Avis. That's exactly what I want after a long flight, the hassle to go back inside with all my people and wait in line to beg for the vehicle that I reserved. A major hassle but I ended up with a suburban eventually.”
