“I travel a lot and I use National Car Rental in every state I fly to. I am often at the PHL airport location as it is near to my corporate office. The staff is generally friendly and I have a smooth experience choosing a car and exiting the facility. This time around, every car I chose from the Emerald aisle was filthy inside and out. I am not sure why the cars had not been washed, but that was my only pet peeve. I found a car that was semi-clean on the inside, chose it, and it ended up being a plesant experience. I just prefer both interior and exterior to be cleaned.”

“Thee car was a Chevy Malibu, which ran wonderfully. I had requested a compact, but, if I am not mistaken, a Malibu is larger than that. Still, it was a fine car that I picked up and dropped off when I needed to. There were no delays. The person with whom I worked at the Enterprise agency agency was friendly and helpful.”
“Nearly the beginning of the month in April, I was notified by my job that I had to be at a training event which caught me off guard and I really needed a ride. “They picked me up when I dropped off my car for repair, and were right on time. The rental vehicle was solid.
The only thing I didn't like was that. The vehicle only had a quarter tank of gas. So I added another quarter tank to bring it to the halfway mark. However, I never drove it that much. So I returned the vehicle with a lot more gas than when I had picked it up. They should have paid me for the additional gas”

“Simple process from reservation to pickup. I had to extend my reservation multiple times while I was waiting for my personal vehicle to be repaired. Staff made the extension process very simple. Everyone I encountered at this location was friendly and professional. If needed I would definitely rent from this location again.”

“Not sure why my last review didn't post but here it goes; I have been to this location multiple times and each time, I have been helped by either Ms. Kristin or Mr. Jerry. The point of this review is to let people know how helpful, patient, efficient and capable both Jerry and Kristin have been. But I may end up writing a book! So, let me just say that I usually book online but if there are any questions, I know that I can reach out to either one for the assistance that I need. More often than not though, my experience is seamless and painless. Will always return to this location!”
“The folks over at this location were fantastic in cleaning up the mess from another budget rental location on Baltimore pike. Long story short, the Baltimore pike location never notified me of a change in where to pick up my rental truck, never forwarded the reservation on to the Folcroft location (even though the day prior they said they would, and the folks over at the Folcroft location were left to clean up the situation. Thankfully, they ran through everything with me and got me out the door in a decent amount of time considering the circumstance.”

“I could NOT be happier w/ my experience! Found out late Sunday (Christmas) that my car wouldn't be available for a trip down south the next day. Jumped on Priceline and found an amazing rental offer from this company; reserved a car, paid and went down Monday morning to pick up rental car. Sue greeted me the minute I walked in (and considering it was the day after Christmas it was a welcome surprise to see a friendly face). The transaction was so quick, I was barely there for 15 mins; from the minute I walked in, Sue asked for the car to be brought around, she had all the forms ready, swiped my card and off we went! Car couldn't be cleaner, newer or nicer - truly appreciated the fact that the car was reliable and I didn't have to worry about my trip. Thankfully the return of the car was just as good! Returned mid-afternoon on New Year's day and Wanda (I think that was her name) was just as kind and pleasant as Sue! I can't WAIT to go on another trip and use Payless!”
